"Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. "

"Excellent idea to book a room here! It is so nice to stay in a historical building (1569) and very well maintained. People are very friendly and the food they serve is simple and very tasty in a very cozy bar."

"Our cabin was unfortunately not clean. The floor needed to be mopped and we had dirt on our feets. The couch and other furniture had multiple stains. We were also not given crib sheets or extra trash bags. "

"The staff is super rude. Specially the bar tender. On the other hand, the hotel had a bad smell in the hallway. I won’t recommend to stay in this property. Avoid."
