"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. "This was a very late booking following a Car breakdown and we were really just grateful I haven’t found somewhere. We booked this based on previous experiences with Kyriad at hotels but it was quite disappointing. The rooms were very basic and bland. Buffet Breakfast was very poorly stocked I’m unable to find any members of staff to help replenish things. Unlike other Kyriad hotels, this isn’t one we will be returning to."

"The room and bathroom were a fair size. The decoration was OK but too much black made it quite difficult to see in the very subdued lighting. There were some weak details such as no hangers for trousers, only 2 coffee pods (very mean) and unusable plug sockets behind curtains. The bathroom was excellent with a bath and good shower. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of foods. The location of the hotel is ideal and the parking a real bonus."
