"After a major misunderstanding with our booking, the gentleman managed to resolve the issue with us. He was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and he kindly served us a really good breakfast, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience with the lady was very different. We arrived quite late, and she was downstairs arguing and shouting very loudly. B&B HOTEL Saint-Quentin

10/10 Excellent

"Great value, secure parking easy to find and very clean Super shower"

Sure Hotel by Best Western Saint-Quentin Ouest Le pot d'étain

10/10 Excellent

"Room was clean albeit a bit cold when first entering. Jerome at reception was really helpful and friendly. Caroline the hotel manager was truly great too. Breakfast was decent, nothing exceptional but quality was there. The orange juice was however of note. De-li-cious! Parking was easy and easily accessible, access for disabled was also there. All in all a great hotel for the price."

La Ferme des Ailleurs

10/10 Excellent

"Not a traditional hotel, but an excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean, beds very nice and the whole set up with a bar on the grounds and park in the back of the property really great (especially with our dog). Easy street parking, a couple of 'fast food' options in easy walking distance (and more restaurants a short drive away). Only thing - if you do have a dog, some of the rooms are on the 2nd floor and the stairs are open backed and the flooring a 'metal lattice' type grating. No problem for humans with shoes, but our 40 kg greyhound found it a bit tricky. The hosts really tried to help find us another room on the ground floor but they were full. If we had known, we'd just have worked that out in advance."

Best Western Plus Le Picardy Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good

"Hotel best western very hotel in a good location We stayed for one night, the hotel communal area was a little warm, but it was a heatwave the A/C was very cool in the room, but our unit rattled a little, but not a huge problem. Our room was large with a large bathroom and amazing shower very quiet rooms. Parking opposite the hotel was easy to park in and convenient for the hotel. Great staff, very helpful and friendly small bar are. The hotel was very close to the town centre, a short walk up the hill, with plenty of shops restaurants and cafes."
