A unique setting in the mountains with wonderful views. The deluxe rooms offered a lot of privacy. Excellent service. Since the resort is out of town, the best place for dinners is at their expensive hotel restaurant.
Great hotel & service but they rip you off on food
The hotel is located in a remote area with little or no civilisation nearby. Their charges are for a 5 star resort but the service is not upto those standards.
The breakfast was included but had the bare minimums. Coffee (Latte) was being charged for. Absolutely disappointed with the hotel behaviour and the breakfast.
Lastly, since there was no nearby places to go out and eat, the hotel is absolutely ripping people off on food. Each meal for two can easily go into INR 5000.00 with the food not even being decent.
Hotel is nicely built and staff is courteous, it is only the food and pricing which lets them down.
