"I am a property manager. They had clearly recently underwent renovations, the staff at the desk was awesome but it was immediately apparent to me that corporate has not dedicated the funds to address prior smoking odors or to properly staff the hotel with cleaning staff. My room had not been prepared with enough towels (one bath towel was provided), the cigarette odor was so profound that i had to run the AC constantly to manage it so I didn’t get a headache, there were cigarette stains on the night stand, coffee cups had not been restocked, the shower had not been cleaned in at least two weeks given visible discoloration. These are jot health or safety issues but they did greatly contribute to how I felt about my stay. I could tell that the desk staff was diligently working to manage guest frustrations that were occurring from being sold false expectations about the condition of the hotel. Corporate needs to allocate funds to ensure a sufficient cleaning staff is retained and to mitigate lingering cigarette odor in this hotel. "
