"We chose this hotel as we were on a football trip and we're visiting Roda for a game. We arrived a few hours before kick off and we're able to park with no issues. Check in was quick and staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The bar staff were attentive and friendly and drinks were reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Everything about my stay was amazing. The suite I stayed in was filled with fantastic authentic furniture, it was pristinely clean without being sterile. There was so much character and fantasy in the property, birds singing and water birds swimming around the moat, truly refreshing. I spent quite a while in the wine caves sipping rose champagne, and enjoyed a wonderful meal at the restaurant (cheese cart!). "Ambiente was quite good. But service and especially complaint management is downright improvable as the invoice was provided to us two days after our departure by email and charging was not really traceable. At the end, they charge us more as stated by the online travel agency when booking."
