"Great hotel, lovely people, can’t fault it"

"My room was clean and spacious and everything was in good repair. Nice pool, which almost no one used during my stay. The only real drawback as that the breakfast buffet (included) is mediocre. Food was not kept warm. Coffee (which is good in Laos) was Nescafe instant with no milk or cream provided, just sugar. They tend to run out of food. "

"The rooms were very clean. People were nice and very polite."

"The room I stayed in was clean. The bed is clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the only problem I have is that the restroom door doesn’t close all the way. Good thing it’s only me and my wife. The staffs are nice and professional."

"I booked it on line and everything is already confirmed but when I get there and check in then they say that I booked it on the old owner account and nothing they can do to help me get my money back so I have to call my credit card to cancel it"
