"Great hotel, especially considering the level of sophistication for a smaller college town. Perfectly situated for easy walking, it's also a fun place with frequent entertainment in the bar."

"Totally sketchy place to stay. Super cheap, and I stayed dry for the night. Free breakfast is offered, but the residents of the motel must have taken advantage of that, because you get a voucher for breakfast that you must present for permission. I didn’t even bother. I got out of North FoCo as quickly as possible."

"This property needs to fix a lot . Or at least post recent property pictures . I guarantee you people won’t be staying there. Carpet had a lot of burnt spots and hair on the sinks, shower floor. Towels very worn down. Rooms look like someone had been murder . We only stayed because the guy said they wouldn’t refund me my money. But never again ."

"My room was clean. The lighting was not the best but not terrible either. I didnt eat the breakfast or use the pool/hot tub. Staff was alittle hard to find and the one i interacted with was somewhat friendly but seemed like he was in a bad mood or having a bad day. But he was for the most part nice. House keeping were the friendliest smiling faces i saw at the hotel everytime i saw one of them they greated with a friendly smile and asked how i was. "

"The room, staff, and breakfast were great! What wasn’t great was having a man in his Jeep staring and watching us everytine we came and went in the parking lot. I brought it to staffs attention but the man continued doing the same thing. I asked staff about it again and I was told he was an extended stay customer who chain smokes in his car. It was very creepy and made my young daughter and I very uneasy. Staff said there was nothing they could do about it since he was a paying customer. We did not feel safe with him watching our every move."
