"Victor was very helpful with check in. He gave us a lot of great information about his country :) We loved this location. 20 minutes from all the things we wanted. Restaurants and cafe and grocery stores nearby. The nature all around the property was awesome!!! Oh and I needed laundry by this point in our trip… so this was very convenient. Bikes and kitchen were great. We couldn’t ask for more!"

"My BA flight was cancelled at 11pm. Not only did this hotel have a spare room, they came out and picked me up from the airport and then took me back the next morning. While everyone else was queuing for taxis at the airport, I was in a very spacious, quiet, clean and modern bedroom. They also provided a very good breakfast. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend."

"The feel was very welcoming. It seems to be family owned and very nice. The breakfast was very good - fresh fruit and vegetables. An assortment of cookies, bread sweet treats, fruit drinks and if you wanted cooked eggs or an omelet. Just a very pleasant atmosphere. There was a veranda for outside breakfast dining or afternoon break. They even offered to do laundry when we asked. Highly recommend"

"We arrived at the hotel and everything looked fine at first—until we entered our room. Instead of proper beds, we found a broken air mattress and a small bent metal folding bed. The air conditioning wasn’t working either. The owner insisted that this room was an “upgrade.” After we complained, he moved us to another room, but that one didn’t even have a private bathroom or shower, which was not what we had booked. "Beautiful property with a lovely blend of "old" and "new" ambiance/decor. Gorgeous wood bannisters and other wood touches that appear to be old/original with what appears to be newer tile, room numbers, etc. which compliment each other wonderfully. Appreciated the shelf inside the shower for my own shampoo, an outlet in the bathroom, and similar updates while keeping the charm of the building. Room and purblic areas were exceptionally clean. "Bathroom not clean - mold on tile, hair in drain, film on fixtures. AC non-functional. Otherwise adequate. Great location in old town Kranj with good proximity to Ljubljana airport. Was hard for cab to find, as seems to be located in a pedestrian/locals only zone. The retro-appliance vibe is cute, but the rooms are spartan and the common space furniture is dated and worn. We expected more for the price - not a good value. Looked better in the photos."

"I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. We walked around the hotel...
