Check in was a nightmare - almost an hour and the staff were rude. Bathroom was a joke. I've stayed in many hotels in Paris and yes rooms are small and bathrooms smaller but you couldn't even turn around in the shower and to sit on the toilet you had to turn sideways. Novotel Paris Les Halles
Staff was helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Food was delicious, favorite meal of the day. Location of hotel is near several restaurants and shops. 10 minute walk to the Louvre.
