Our room was extremely unclean and there was an abundance of mould in our shower which caused a gross smell. Location was good with easy public transport nearby. There was also a delicious patisserie around the corner!

Wasn’t sure once booked after reading the reviews but to our surprise we had a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable with clean bedding.you need to understand it’s not a hotel so don’t expect room service etc but for self catering you have everything you need including a stove, utensils, microwave and dish soap and sponge etc. bathroom was small but enough with shower gel etc and toilet paper. Yes they don’t replace towels but we asked for more and they provided. You can ask for cleaning of the room which is charged a bit extra. We stayed for 5 days and had no problems. The male receptionist was very helpful and spoke very good English. The only negative I can say is it can get a bit noisy as there is some store in front with vehicles loading/unloading.

Very clean and public transport easily accessible with a carre four supermarket 3 mins walk. We loved the kitchette of our studio accomodation great feature meant we coukd have breakfasts and orepare lunch picnics during our stay. Shallow shower tray was unusual so had to be teally careful not to flood bathroom floor. Very friendly receptionist. During hot weather room uncomfortable as no airconditionibg although we bought a 45watt floor fan from local supermarket. As a suggestion it might be a good idea to offer guests to rent a fan for a nominal fee ? Perhaps also a guest pack of how to book youd public transport ticket, also which bus number and which metro ststion to take you into paris would also be useful to have. All in all we were exceptionally pleased with our stay and eoukd recommend to others thank you

Deplorable conditions. The cleaning of the room terrible, it smelled very bad, we got too many roaches that we could not sleep more than one night there and we ended up moving to another hotel. The staff only apologized but I lost my money with this reservation. I do not recommend it. we had a very unpleasant moment

Its hostel with no star, What interesting is to collect the money,, and they gone far away.. there is minimum hours for reception service. They late.. far from the center.. no parking near .. parking in the hotel 10 € per day..

Disappointing service
There was no hot water the last night of my stay, while it was freezing cold in Paris at the time. I tried to get the problem fixed by getting in touch with the management of the hotel, but it was simply impossible to have a proper dialogue with them.

It isn't a hotel.
We checked in late and were only able to access our room by a strange man (who turned out to be an employee despite wearing a tracksuit) accessing our key for us. The whole place smelt disgusting because of the kitchens. The whole room was dirty. Beds taped together with rough seams that are uncomfortable. Our room smelt VERY strongly of paint! We had to sleep with the window open all night but we were next to a very noisy generator so didn't sleep at all!! The TV was all in French. Vending machine did not work and there was no food available anywhere. No shops near by as stated. WiFi was too slow to use. Everything was dirty, dirty, dirty! Shower broken. Lamps broken. The area is like a slum, building old and dilapidated. Hard to find!! We booked three nights but only stayed one. We checked into the Hotel La Bourdonnais by Champs De Mars, for an extra £40 per night it was AMAZING! This place is a hostel it is NOT a hotel and shouldn't be labelled as one. There are cheaper and better located hostels in Paris. Avoid this place.

Not what it looks like in pictures
We arrived at the hotel at about 11am and the front desk was closed. We sat in the lobby for 2 hours until a college student (this place is a dorm facility with a small section of hotel rooms) told us to call a number because it was a holiday and they wouldn't open. We attempted to call the number multiple times before getting an answer. They told us the passkey to a small safe to get the room key. Once we got in our room well..... the experience got so much worse. The room looks NOTHING like the pictures! At ALL! It's a very small room. I was expecting a room like the pictures where it has a separate living area and a small kitchenette but it was a very small room with a TINY sink and small fridge that didn't smell too good. I choose the option of a double bed but instead we got two tiny beds put together and they would spit all night so it was very uncomfortable. Overall horrible stay, stay away from this place.

Basic but good...
The room looked like the pictures. The toiletries were good and the slippers were a nice touch. Breakfast could be improved. Luckily there's a huge market a couple blocks away. It's an industrial area but you could walk to restaurants and bars in about 15-20 minutes. I couldn't get the heat to work, and had an initial problem with the internet, but the man on the front desk put me in touch with the English-speaking internet provider and 15 minutes later I had the best internet I've had in Europe in the past few years.

We were unable to check in early and not even a ( bath) room to change clothes in and to freshen up. Staff polite but indifferent. Kind of noisy ( tearing down a bldg. right outside our room). Zone 3 but we were prepared. Only 20 minutes by Train/ Metro to city centre. (The Metro is fabulous and cheap)! The price was definitely right. Unlike other reviews, we had our linen changed twice while there. If you want class,spend $400 or more a night in central Paris!

Hidden gem in Paris
Excellent value. Well-maintained and run aparthotel. Front desk attendant Alexandre was very friendly and helpful. Less than three blocks away is a great mall with the biggest Carrefour store I've ever come across. Only minor downside is fifteen-minute walk to metro. But, in light of everything else, still more than worth it.

I cannot recommend a hotel / apartment that only cleans and changes towels and sheets once a week. The location beside an elementary school, front desk available until 6 pm and empathy zero. Sorry but it's not up to par. Regards,

An 8 day stay with my wife. The room has all the facilities we needed except for air conditioning which we don't really need during our stay because of the cool temperature in late October. The twin bed we were provided was comfortable. The kitchen was the right size and all the kitchen equipment worked. The only downside is the bathroom sink that seems to be blocked. The Hotel is not too far from Bibliotheque Francois station (about 20 minutes walk) but there is bus 325 a few blocks from the hotel that takes you to the train station. Overall it was a nice experience and I will stay at this hotel again.

the hitle was out of the way. i did not recieve the codes for excessing my room key and front door code as the hotel were not given my email address making the start of my holiday very stressful. there is noone at the desk on saterday after noon. with some help from a stranger we got in our room. this was not the fault of the hotel but of expedia. the hotel staff did call a head to the next hotel and get the codes for us. other than that it was ok

Booking says high speed internet is included, but they only include a LAN cable. For those without a computer (or using a newer Mac model, which doesn't connect to LAN), this means no internet. (fyi I don't even know if the LAN cable works since I'm using Mac and it won't plug, but I'll assume it does). About service, receiption is only there M-F 9am to 7pm (according to voice message since I'm never there during that time period), so if you're not at the hotel during that time, good luck.

Hotel is easy to reach by bus. From Orly Airport take Orlyval to Antony RER B change on St. Michel Notre-Dame to RER C and second station is Bibliotheque Francois Mitterrand. From CDG take RER B to Paris, change on St. Michel Notre-Dame to RER C and second station is Bibliotheque Francois Mitterrand. To exit from the station – as you reach big and long set of escalators use the left ones, on the top turn right and you will see station of the bus 325. Exit on the station: Victor Hugo. Go in direction of the bus (30 meters), turn right on the lights and walk up the street, on the end of the block turn left. Send an e-mail to the hotel: paris.ivry@sejours-affaires.com they will give you the code of the entrance to the hotel, and on the first floor are small safes. Enter second code (on the hotel confirmation e-mail) and then you can enter to the room. Reception is not open on Sundays, other days only twice per day which will leave you in front of the hotel. Room: small. Kitchenette: OK. Cleaning of the room: once a week. Take extra towels from home. Big grocery store is on the right, few blocks away: “Carrefour” closed on Sunday – buy toilet paper. Internet in the room is good, not wi-fi, there is cable for laptop. Bus station to go back is on the opposite side of the street on the left. Restaurants, shopping – take metro 14, one station to Cour St. Emilion – Bercy Village. Laundry is on the first floor. Washing 3 Euros, drying 2,50 Euros. Buy coins on the reception.

Stayed for a month during a business course. During my stay an important item was taken from my room. The staff was extremely unhelpful in mediating the situation. I was completely ignored until I contacted the corporate online. Item was never returned & they have been ignoring my emails since. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They will steal from your room while you're away & you will have a hard time getting the customer service staff to assist you. There is a hotel in the immediate area with same setup & better staff.

Good place for the money
Location is not too convenient (~20 mins walking to closest train station), but manageable and there is a bus that helps. The only small issue, which I didn't experience, but could. The reception desk is not open 24 hours. The only day I saw anybody was the day I have arrived and checked in (so, I had no problems). All other days, I was leaving hotel early in the morning and coming late and I saw nobody. But again. If you want a cheap place to stay in Paris for a couple of days, this would be a good place to be :)

Not the best location. It seemed like it was next to a factory of some kind. Although there was a bus stop near the hotel, it was an inconvienence to have to take a bus back and forth from the city center. The room was decent but housekeeping only came 1 time for the 7 days we stayed there, and by the 6th day we had run out of toilet paper and clean towels. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel. Too many cons.

If you can manage all by yourself, this is the place,clean and neat.
Absolutely,clean with good amenities.Room very comfortable.Lacks a left luggage room for late departure after check out. Location very isolated and connectivity difficult. Good for retreat. Nobody to help after office hours,which is short..Never land up here during a weekend. Like a haunted place.Everything remote controlled,from entry door to getting the electronic key to the room.Staff not very helpful and cooperative even when available during office hours.

El estado del hotel y de las habitaciones en general denotaban una falta evidente de mantenimiento. Paredes sucias y puertas rotas principalmente. Además, se escuchaban ruidos desde el pasillo y las cañerías internas lo cual era molesto. Por el otro lado, destaco la cordialidad del personal, la comodidad de la cama y la practicidad del parking (de pago).

J'ai eu le malheur de faire une remarque à la réception sur les modalités d'accueil et l'un des responsables a tenté de refuser de me donner ma chambre car il ne voulait pas avoir de problème. En effet j'ai eu le malheur de dire que les horaires d'ouverture de la réception était trop restreinte puisqu'elle ferme vers 21h00 et ouvre vers 9h00. J'ai été contraint de traverser Paris pour pouvoir faire ma carte de chambre car lorsque je suis arrivé le premier jour l'automate n'a inscrit sur ma carte une seule nuit (au lieu de 3)...
