GOOD POINTS 1. room is clean and comfy. 2. fast food places arpund rhe cor wr. Pharmacy as well. Small but convenient grocery store a put 10 monites walk from hotel. Bar / pubup the street. Burger king up the street as well. Barbwr shop and bakeries. Metro is a put 8 monutes walk away from hotel. NEGATIVE POINTS 1. You need to buy ALL toiletries if you didnt bring any with you as hotel provides you with 1 tiny bar of soap, 1 snall bottle of shampoo and 1 small boytle of body soap. 2. Hotel provides you with 2 towels, one bath matt and ONE hand towel PER WEEK. . if you ask front desk personel, they will provide you with more without any xtra.costs. However if you ask to change the sheets which is done also only once a week, you will need to pay extra. 3. There arw 2 laundry washing machines and 1 dryer. ALL DO NOT DO A GOOD JOB AT WASHING YOURE CLOTHES OR DRYI G THEM. The cost is 5 euros for one wash and 3 euros for a dry. Dont bother using them. They suck! 4. Breakfast is available at the hotel between certain hours. The cost is 14 euros for one person. Dont bother. The choices are.very small and if you want something good to eat , go to the restaueant across the street . 5. Communication at the front desk is not that great. I stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks. Even thow housekeeping is provided once a.week, you still need to ask several times for it to get it done.Any issues, ask to speak to the manager and things will move.along quickly .

About 45 minutes from CDG airport. Kinda nestled away from all the Paris sites. You will have to subway or uber to get to any of the sites. The room was fine. Modern. Clean. Very nice shower. Staff was friendly. No complaints there. Overall a nice experience. No issues or problems.

Hotel in middle of a building site, OK room
The room was a good size with walk in shower and small kitchenette. Good location for the U Arena. The big let down with the hotel was that we stayed 6 nights and they never cleaned the room, changed towels, sheets or replenished the small amount of toiletries, apparently this only happenes if you stay for seven nights or more, unless you pay extra for a cleaning service. breakfast is available for extra cost until 9.30am. The area is currently undergoing a massive regeneration/building project. In a couple of years, I think this will be a really nice location. That said, there was only noise during the day and we didn’t hear noise in the room. There are two rail stations close by, with ten minute, two stop trip to the Arc de Triomphe. It has a supermarket next door, a charcuteriere, boulangerie, a couple of cafes, a subway sandwich place and an Asian/sushi takeaway on the street (all shut on a Sunday except the supermarket which is open in the morning) There are more bars and shops a short walk away on the terasse.

Great Stay
We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped for self-catering. Very close to the Metro for easy access to the centre of Paris.

Lots of construction noise but windows were able to mute a lot of the noise. Room was very nice. Front desk very pleasant to deal with and helpful.

Stay was OK. Awkward start - couldn't get into the building. Had to shout and bang on the door for ages. Once we got in it was fine as they gave a swipe card. Room was super clean and comfortable, but had a strong smell of smoke when we got into the room (was told it was non-smoking). Got some type of bites in the night - maybe mosquito as had the window open to get rid of the smell. Location is a bit of a mission to get into town, not as easy as they make out. Wifi and air conditioning worked well.

The apartment is modern and well fitted. It is more spacious than a standard hotel room and ideal for a family. The Fridge had not being correctly fitted and if you stored anything heavy in the door pocket, the fridge fell forward when the door was opened. 2. The “wet room” floor had not been correctly pitched and when you had a shower you were left with pools of water around the toilet and under the sink. This was a problem if you then had to use the toilet during the night and we had to leave a folded towel on the floor by the door so that we could dry our feet. 3. The sofa bed in the main room was clearly of high quality … but it made a VERY loud “twang” noise whenever you moved.

Great choice! Nice hotel next to the metro
I have enjoyed my stay there. Great facilities, located next to the metro and the supermarket Casino. It took me few minutes to get to La Defense where I had fun with my friends.

First of all this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I'm a frequent traveler. I had an incident the very first day and to make a long story short, I accidentally dropped my key outside of my room and staff of the hotel thought it was okay to let a stranger aka a man come into my room to "give me my key" and I only had on a shirt and underwear. I felt totally violated of my personal space and had trouble sleeping the next two nights looking at the door when I would wake up and when I asked if I can get my room switched because I felt uncomfortable, they told me no. And I stayed a total of 9 days and did not get my room cleaned or towels changed NOT ONCE! And staff were not really welcoming or gave me information about and around the hotel, I figured everything out on my own. I will NOT be staying here again

If you're on a budget, this is probably the place to go. In American standards, you're expecting a bit more for a 3 star hotel, but this is Europe. No free water, toothbrushes or toothpaste, or any of that. BRING YOUR OWN STUFF!!! The room had a little kitchenette but it was very worn out and you can tell the upkeep was very minimal. The water boiler was broken and leaking, and the "free coffee" was super old, and hardened. Basically, get this hotel only for sleeping and do not expect much. The lobby, however, looked very fresh and new. I have no idea why the room was the way it was. Bad luck, I guess? OHH, also, brush up on your French! Front desk area speaks very minimal English. You will have to repeat yourself a few times.

Brand new and clean
This hotel is brand new and clean , hard to find in a city like Paris. Rooms are large and well equipped by European standards (it's not USA). The RER train is right around the corner, it will take you to the Arc de Trionphe in 8 minutes. Streets are well lid and there is always college kids and professors walking around. In the RER station there is a ticket office, usually there is someone who speaks basic English. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket called Casino (no English there) you can buy all kinds of food there and the hotel kitchenette has a freezer, microwave, stove and all the utensils you need to prepare a simple meal. My wife and I spent 3 weeks there and had breakfast in our room almost every day and a bottle of wine and cheese every night from the supermarket down stairs. Room cleaning is once a week and staff was very polite and helpful. Hope it helps.

it has near-by RER station so that you can easily go to Paris. near-by is under construction, do not expect anything. be prepared with your own towel as it is residence hotel. you don't get daily cleaning service. on checking it, there were only one towel in spite of we are two in the room, but they couldn't give me additional one as they don't have spare one which was quite bad.

Nice hotel close to bus stop, railway station.
We really enjoyed staying at this hotel as staff was friendly, ready to help, gave free printouts to confirm our return journey, guided us with routes, spoke English. Brand new and modern gem!
This aparthotel is brand new! So, that means modern and very nice to look at, but young staff not necessarily familiar with the area. Though they are very nice and do try. As for the bed, not as comfy as I hope but spacious room. The bathroom was nice and the amenities e.g. cotton swabs, nail file, lotion and shampoo smelled awesome (argon). Although, the neighborhood is not ideal (think tons of construction, dark, and run down Metro station) it seems to be changing with the new station, modern dorms and university development. It will be a gem in a year or two and I suspect will be rightfully more expensive.

Overall, my 4 night stay in July was good. My purpose was to attend a conference in Nanterre and the hotel was perfect for that. I arrived in the early morning after a long trip from the US. The receptionist was wonderful in lining up a room for me (I had emailed ahead and knew I would be charged 25 Euro). Unfortunately for my first shower after the long trip from the US I mistakenly luxuriated and subsequently flooded the entire floor of the bathroom. Thereafter, I carefully directed the showerhead by hand, and turned the water off while lathering, Another plumbing issue is that toilet reservoir on the 5th floor took a long time to refill before the toilet could be flushed again. But the airconditioning was completely reliable in the heat wave at the time.

Great hotel, awful neighbourhood
The hotel is brand new and very comfortable, the staff were helpful and courteous. Underground parking was a plus point. The kitchenette in our room was most useful. There were a few issues: air conditioning, cooker didn't work but the staff tended to these promptly and politely. The only drawback was the neighbourhood, which was quite scruffy and run down - I wouldn't feel safe walking back from the RER station on a dark night - even though it's only 5 minutes from the hotel! Shame really because everything else was grand!

Pas d'eau chaude -> ça gâche tout !
3 points négatifs à ce sejour : 1. Pas de télécommande dans la chambre (problème mineur qui a été réglé rapidement mais qui s'accumule avec le reste). 2. Un sol très habimé dans la chambre (n° 108) sur lequel est déposé une serviette en guise de cache-misère 3. Pas d'eau chaude : vrai problème, qui peut arriver (une panne, ça arrive toujours quand on s'y attend pas). Mais j'espérais a minima un mot d'excuse lors de mon check out, et pas un simple "pas d'eau chaude, vous aussi ?", simple interrogation visant à recenser le nombre de clients indisposés. Bien sûr, aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé. Bref, j'espère que ça sera mieux la prochaine fois.
