Good location in a safe neighbourhood. However, the hotel doesn’t allow check-in before 5pm, which is already quite late compared to its peers. No room service if you stay less than one week therefore the towels don’t get changed and no soap and shampoo top up. Need to clear the trash ourselves at the end of the stay.

Unfortunately not what I was expecting
For some reason you don't really feel 'welcomed' really - kind of 'get on with it' approach in 'low level English' (which was the least of my concerns - end of the day we are in Paris). Room was OK - but could been fantastic if they paid attention to details - like shower (you can put anything anywhere), corners seems not be cleaned since opening, all lights don't work, marks (even clean) on bed covers. Luckily it was only one 'trial' night for me - would I return - No. (Maybe just in real "emergency" for one night.)

Charged deposit instead of holding it.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was a nightmare. Had to pay the deposit for the room, but the moron on reception charged my card instead of placing a hold on the deposit. Still waiting for a refund 10 days later. Communication is extremely poor. I just want my deposit back now. Room itself was ok. Clean enough. Had the feel of a hostel but not to bad. The check in and check out process though. Very poor, very unprofessional.

Lift not working. Fortunately only on the 1 st floor . Handy if vacuum available to keep studio clean . Freezer section of fridge hard to open .

We reached just an hour before the checkin and it was raining outside, the folks at the reception told us to go outside in a very derogatory way, saying they dont do early checkin. We were tired from the journey and drenched waiting outside. When I asked the receptionist if they can reconsider, they were rude and passed a racist comment on my nationality. The room was unclean, almost specific to my room, there were not even a bathroom soap. It was a horrible experience. I would avoid this hotel in the future and recommend others to be careful.

It’s not a full set hotel: no daily room cleaning, which worked fine for us. This makes it much more affordable than similar class hotels. Stayed there on 2 occasions and will go back.

Готель розташований в приємному районі, кімната гарна. Сервіс жахливий як для такої ціни за номер. Вказано що це апарт-готель але від апартаментів тільки назва. Із СПА тільки сауна і та з непрацюючим душем та недостатньо гаряча. В Мадриді влітку на вулиці тепліше 😏 За таку ціну навіть в Парижі можна знайти набагато цікавіші варіанти.

Property was ok. Elevator was broken. Had to tote luggage up to the fifth floor. Check in was easy. Cabinet for fridge was locked. Staff could be friendlier. Plenty restaurants in area.

Overall it was ok but it didn't have the wow factor and we ended up on the top floor where head room was small and less than ideal.

The property was clean and well presented. There was no daily maid service but you could request clean towels from reception. Unfortunately the shower was cold on the Saturday morning during our stay to which the staff responded it was due to the hotel being full. Our key card did not work on our final night to access the building resulting in us having to phone an out of hours number to be let in. The free secure parking was very useful and saved us money on parking. Additionally the location was nearby to the SNCF overground train service and convenient to the alternative metro lines too. Overall a comfortable stay.

Great Quality and Experience
Excellent service. Secure location and parking is free. You just need to check in to the desk real quick and they will give you access instructions to the parking garage which entrance is around the corner but has direct access to the hotel elevators. Full, I mean full kitchen.

Génial ! chambre très grande, belle et design. Par contre pour manger si on prend l’option kitchenette il manque des chaises il n’y a qu’un pouf assez bas donc à 2 pas pratique…mais pas grave

Excellent accueil. Changement de chambre dû à une fenêtre qui ne fermait pas. Système de clé électronique qui ne fonctionnait pas. Tarif et service à la hauteur. Des joints de douche à blanchir et à refaire pour éviter fuites dans la pièce.

J’ai réservé vu que les avis étaient très bons, mais je n’ai pas aimé le fait de ne pas avoir petit déjeuner dans une salle dédié et le prix était très élevé. Les produits salle de bain au minimum (pas du coton pour démaquiller). La douche avait une fuite et me suis retrouvé avec de l’eau partout.

Prices up and service down
The prices have gone up since the last time - roughly 170€ per night without breakfast and the rooms are not cleaned every day for a stay under 7 days. These rules have changed as I am a regular customer here. I do enjoy the confortable rooms and cleanliness but I may not return.
