The washroom had a tub only without door or cover. It was very hard to take shower. Toilet seat area was very congested. It is away from Paris downtown you need to catch two trains to get there. It is very inconvenient with kids as impossible to carry them in stroller with it.

Nice designed spacious rooms with friendly staff during the day, but… Wi-Fi didn’t work, air con didn’t work, night staff were rude plus so many hidden charges!

This property said on Expedia site they are attached to a train station that is false information it 15 min walk I booked there cause they said it was connected I had to stay at other hotels in order to visit paris and also had to get taxis which cost a fortune. Also the shower was a handheld shower by my knees directing all the water to get to the floor very dangerous to get in and out of the tub. Some staff were helpful others didn’t know where to help us. We had a package delivered and it was sitting in the luggage room for six days and they kept on saying we have not received the parcel. I called several time until someone finally said have them check the luggage room on our last day. Very inconvenient and costly to get into paris. About 45 to 1 hour to get into Paris not 10 minutes by car or cab. Which on the Expedia site Hôtel description it informed otherwise.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. If you are traveling with kids it’s a good place for them. Only down fall I’d say was the wifi, the wifi did not work at all during our stay.

The residence/apartment facilities are very good. with air conditioning, cooking facilities and cookware, dining area, and living room/sofa bed. very good for families or people who don't mind taking the train (not metro) from central Paris. It is literally 8min walk (not less) / around 650m from Le Stade Train Station. This is not accessible by metro. You have to take the train (4 stops) from Gare Saint-Lazare in Paris. Or take the bus/taxi from Paris. You cannot get this type of facility in central Paris. So if these amenities are top of the priority, and not staying in central Paris, this is a good choice specially if you drive. Staff are very helpful and speak English if your French is not very good like me. The bar and restaurant are good too. Minor suggestions/improvements - wall clock/any clock would be nice. Shower curtain is good for toilets with bath only. iron and board would be good too. But these are all minor stuff. the hotel has done well on major stuff.

Wonderful family friendly stay
Wonderful stay - hotel was modern and clean with helpful English speaking staff. Our apartment had everything we could need and gave us a home away from home which was very appreciated with a baby. The hotel website directions were very helpful especially for metro novices like ourselves. We got to enjoy Bastille Day fireworks in comfort and away from the crowds.

Clean. New. Value for money. Though a bit far from city centre, Uber cost €35 and €50 to the airport. Only downside is they took €100 per day per room as a guarantee. It took them 7-8 days before the €400 imprint they took from my credit card got refunded or reversed.

I was staying in a "studio" in the "residence" part on the 8th floor, facing the highway. The building itself is modern, nicely styled and in very good condition. On the downside, the complex is surrounded by various construction sites, and also next to a very busy highway - despite the solid room windows (which I kept closed) I was woken up every morning by the traffic noise; according to reception staff that was the "quietest" room (!?!). While there is nothing to do or see in the area, apart from some tiny neighbourhood shops, there is a reasonable connection into Gare Saint Lazare in central Paris, by train line "J", which takes 13 minutes; keeping in mind the hotel is in zone 3. The trains run until approximately 1:00am at night, and afterwards there is a night bus line. The hotel is ok if you want to travel into Paris once a day, but it's too far to go out and come back multiple times. I booked it because it was good value for money, as I booked at short notice, with my favourite more central options not available.

Perfect for a stay within Paris. Rooms are new and clean, great rooftop restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Is not “in the hart” of Paris, but convenient enough. Recomend it.

Nice and new Hotel; but the area isn't nice and is far from Paris. Car 40/50 minutes $60 one way. Metro 8 min walking, waiting metro time (5 to 15 min) station 13 minutes, then, other Metro line to get the mayor interest points in Paris (30 minutes) total 1 hour....

Staying at the apartment style building - no room service of any kind. This was not disclosed in the expedia add. Getting a couple of towels was a big deal. Phone in the room didn’t work. Reported it. Nothing happened. Shower/ bath water - low water pressure ...luke warm.... They cheaped out on the bathroom design so water blows all over the place when you take your luke warm shower. It’s fun to clean up with the few towels allotted for the four day slot. Hotel is outside of Paris. 20 minutes by train. Cab to Gare su Nord beats a 100 dollar bill almost to death. When your with a woman and bags the train deal becomes too exhaustive so you’ve got to eat it and they know this. The neighborhood is full of new construction. Seems to be a project housing installation for the France immigration situation. Didn’t seem like a good idea to go wandering around. The staff in the restaurant were very nice and professional. The receptionist vibe was cool but sort of...” well you’re in the low budget raw deal building... so uh well ... I mean ... how many towels do you need? You’re only here for four days and room service only services your rooms every four days.” All very politely... of course. Perhaps the regular hotel side is better. This gets a c at best. The staff and the food pulled them out of a real disappointment.

Exquisite hotel with Amazing Service
This hotel was fabulous inside and out, artfully blending rustic elements with modern decor in a chic and ecclectic design. The front desk service was top notch with employees who spoke fluent French and English. Breakfast was delicious and overall outstanding, except for the scrambled eggs/egg white which seemed like a complete afterthought. The variety of the breakfast menu, the exquisite rooftop setting in which it was served with calming music in the background, the friendliness and courtesy of the staff-special mention to France who connected so well with our children- all made our 3 mornings at Kopster memorable. Our only regret was not being able to experience the rooftop bar late at night; the view from the rooftop would have certainly made it absolutely magical. The room was spacious, and had a queen size sofa bed that seamlessly accomodated our two children, and a comfortable King size bed my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. The level of comfort and the quality rivalled if not outright beat 5 star hotels. Best hotel stay ever! I will definitely return on my next trip to Paris.
