The location is excellent, and the room decor is decent, and the staff at night is very helpful (but he is so busy because he is the only one around). But the toilet in the Romantic Room is horrible, there is only a bath tub with no shower, and with no drainage system, and the bathroom and main bed room is connected, so once there is water in the bath room it will leak to the main bedroom. And when we were sleeping in the morning, the cleanup ladies went into our room all of a sudden!

What we liked was the staff and how friendly and helpful the staff were. What was also great was the small pool and Hamam area. We relaxed there. The property is clean but does need some refurbishment. The beds were a bit soft. The pillows were a good size but also soft. Maybe memory foam pillows would be good. If we come back to Paris we would stay again. The area is well located.

The staff was exceptional our entire visit from the front desk to those who clean, restaurant employees & spa professionals. The food options could grow a little but this hotel’s convenience to everything in Paris from our private street really made our trip complete. I would keep this location in my back pocket in the future.

Hotel & Spa La Belle Juliette was charming and delightful. The boutique hotel was clean and modern and walking distance to the nearby train station as well as restaurants and shopping. Every staff member we encountered was kind, courteous and ready to help. The young lady who checked us in (forgive me I can’t recall the name) was so welcoming and kind. We saw her a few times during our stay and she assisted with directions on which train to take to get to Disneyland. If you’re able to check who that was, please give her recognition as she is a wonderful asset to your property! We checked in the evening of Monday sept. 26th. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed at the hotel for the 3rd time and I believe it was the last time. From the very beginning we didn’t feel welcomed, when we entered the hotel the girl at the reception didn’t even raise a hand to say hello. Our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait by the bar or lounge area, it’s ok. But we were never offered any welcome drink or a treat which is normal for returning customers and also it was my birthday. Finally I’ve found some girl at the breakfast area and was unsuccessfully trying to order 2 glasses of champagne for about 30 minutes. Finally it was probably a bar lady who was passing us by like several times and didn’t pay any attention until I got really nervous she started opening the bottle and pouring the drink in a really slow manner, how can that be normal?!!! Then I had to find a manager myself to discuss on what’s going on, she apologized and said that we can consider those 2 glass as a compliment. Well, thank you. When our room was ready I discovered that it was different room then we were supposed to have. Expedia said it should have had garden view and it had a street view. I’ve stayed in this hotel before and I do know that the street is really busy and noisy, especially early in the morning. When I asked about the appropriate room at the reception they said that the room’s category is the same that I’ve booked however they don’t care if Expedia have mentioned any garden view. Such a disappointment. My birthday weekend in Paris was mostly spoiled by them

This was my favorite hotel ever ! We had a gorgeous duplex room with the finest amenities. The pool and Spa were perfect and so relaxing. The friendly staff like Eddie, Kevin, Janelle and Gaille treated us like family. The buffet breakfast was delicious and Eddie even made my family a special dish and was amazing!! We will definitely return and we highly recommend !!!

A gem of a small hotel on a fantastic street with loads of charming restaurants and cafes. Great location in the 6th Arrondissement right around the corner from Bon Marche, and easy to walk to major sites. Lovely back terrace and nice spa in basement.

The rooms are really awesome, bed extremely comfortable and no noise despite I had a room on the street . Very well equipped and decorated . The spa experience was also very good . The location re du cherche Midi is also excellent , typical Paris with a lot of restaurants around . The electricity was unfortunately down in my corridor and the restaurant and bar were closed during August which I did not know . I guess this was exceptional due to summer time . But overall , I would recommend and certainly go back .

Good location, walking distance from several metro stations, good customers service but the hotel’s amenities are lacking to be a 4 star hotel: old furnitures, large scratches on the hotel room’s walls, no fridge in the room, except for a small drink cooler, no iron or iron board in the room but when I asked for one, the iron I was provided with had a scratch on its soleplate causing it to grab onto my dresses’ fragile fabrics.
