Dear Madam, We are sorry for the impression you had received about your stay with us, but your credit card was not valid at the booking, authorisation refused from your bank, so we asked you to pay on arrival, it is usual procedures. We propose a special room for ironing with a large table for our guests, to be well installed with a steam iron, we do not give iron to our guests. You arrived also early in the morning, we gave you the first room vacant in the morning, for your comfort, nice room with a small balcony, we are sorry if you didn't like, but we have many guest for whom this is their favorite room... Concerning taxis, we precise we are on right bank and for parisian taxis it is fixed now to 50€ trip CDG (from & to our hotel) and 35€ for/from ORLY, Important ! : take taxis in airport taxi files, not the ones searching after you inside the airport : prices are not correct ! We clean rooms everyday, and change absolutely your humid or dirty towels everyday for your best comfort. We have only breakfast service in the Harvey hotel, absolutely, but we can propose a choice of dishes of restaurants delivering our hotel, it is a pity you didn't ask to our reception team...Around our hotel there is also may be 20 restaurants at 5 minutes walk, offering a wide variety of specialties, and some till very late in the night. For night life, it is better to go to Champs Elysees, 15 minutes walking distance. You have booked for a standard room and i hope next time your will try our superior with more space and balcony.
