I cant recommend this hotel enough. Great location to bars and shops, some nearby attractions. The staff were all really friendly and welcomed us with a complimentary glass of bubbles. 10/10 The room was very clean and a decent size. Very French, but modern. Just lovely

Francois1st a lovley boutique hotel in a great location on Rue Magaellon - eastul walkable for shops, restaurants, etc. Decor is elegant and the rooms are always neet and uber cleen. The staff is more like what yuou might expect at a Four Seasons. The Concerge has been there for many years and is a tru pro - and the whole team are great. Need a taxi, they ill get one in 2 mins, even in the rain. I stay there for business in Paris, but it is a great place to stayt for any occasion.

9 years later and still wonderful!
We came to this hotel 9 years ago and it hasn’t changed -still excellent, stylish and welcoming. Rooms are elegant and well-appointed. The breakfast downstairs not to be missed!

The staff went above and beyond our expectations. We booked last minute due to our other accommodation having major structural problems. In a time of need, our family was able to de-stress after a terrible experience at our previous accommodation. I am so grateful. Thank you!

The hotel is charming. However, it’s too long to walk to get to any pharmacies groceries bakeries, etc. The hotel often didn’t answer the phone when I was trying to complain about noisy neighbors or trying to order room service. Paper, thin walls noise carries through doors, noisy plumbing.

Great locaiton as you are literally a 3 minute walk away from Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Because of this, a lot of the restaurants and shops around this area tend to be on the pricier end but there are still some cheap fast-food options if you're operating on a budget. Easy for taxis/ubers to pick-up or drop-off but also very close to metro and RER lines. The staff, from the reception staff, bar and breakfast staff and the cleaners, were so incredibly helpful and friendly, and really accomodating to any requests we may have had. The rooms and the entire hotel are beautifully decorated. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend as a great place to stay in Paris.

Boutique hotel in heart of shopping area. Loved the convenience of being walking distance and metro George V near by. The rooms are small but clean. Did not care about the size because we were there just to sleep every night. We stayed 4nights. Staff was very helpful

Location is great for the Arch de Triomphe and Champs Elysee, but the street for the hotel itself was darker than we would have liked. Despite that, we felt safe. Staff was helpful but some could use some more training. For example, don’t pick up clean glasses with your fingers in the glass and don’t move a basket of bread from one table to another table. Breakfast was a nice surprise with great options and we found out later you can even order eggs the way you want. Room was clean. Glasses in the bathroom (again with the glassware) were not. We would stay there again. It’s a nice boutique hotel on a quiet street. The walls inside could have been thicker, though, but it is a beautiful old building.

Horrible room ,poorly managed, and overpriced.
Curtain torned ,dirty carpet , loud noise like a low flying airplane from exhaust fan from 9am to 9pm which they refuse to switch off. They promised to changed my room and never did. My stay was for 5 nights in an Executive room , elevator was broken for 2 days, you can choose to take the service elevator which was tiny with bad odor.

Lovely cute hotel in a great location. Staff are very helpful and the room was very comfortable. Only thing I noticed was that the bath had not been cleaned, as there were some hairs in it.
