Alexandria was FANTASTIC - best concierge ever! Such a fantastic hotel and staff. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Everything was fresh and constantly being restocked. Location was fabulous! Looking forward to staying here again!
The rooms are too small and the noise from other rooms it’s so loud because it’s not soundproof walls and doors.. otherwise it’s good

The Hotel was in a perfect location for all Sites, only 300 Mtrs from Arc de Triomphe, with Metro handy to reach other Sites.
Hotel was very clean and presentable. Had Madamoselle Suite which whilst being Quirky was very good.
Staff were very friendly and helpful - Special word for Ali (Head Receptionist) who could not have been more helpful throughout our visit.
Breakfast room was very nice (in Dungeon!) and selection of food was excellent.

Perfect stay at this hotel. Walking distance from the main tourist attractions, nice eateries nearby.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean.

In general the hotel was ok, the room was very clean. The room door didn't work very well, the day we got there at night, was open.
No wifi at all in the rooms, which I needed it for work, very inconvenient. The breakfast was pretty good, the staff very friendly

Beautiful hotel with the classic feel of Paris. The location and staff were excellent. My only complaint is the toilet in the room is like a little closet with just the toilet. One needs to exit and walk to another room for the sink and shower/tub.
We visited for our honeymoon. We opted for the romance package which was put together brilliantly, the hotel was in a perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. The staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly, the breakfast offered a great choice everyday. The recommendation for restaurants are worth listening to as pliene terre is worth visiting Paris for! If we had a choice on return we would try to stay in a room not overlooking the road as this was a little noisy but not enough to dampen our thoughts on a lovely hotel!

The staff is amazing. They respond to anything you need as well suggestions for transportation and attractions. Their breakfast is always a great start for the day. Rooms are cleaned every day and left shiny clean. Out of 5 stars, they get Six. We'll be back.

Beautiful and quiet luxe hotel located close to the best sight-seeing and shopping in Paris. Our room was a restful and serene sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city. Love the fragrant L’Occitane soaps, shampoos and lotions!
You only pay for the location. The hotel condition and services are far from being 4-star.
P.S. be prepared to use the stairs as their tiny elevator takes ages to get to your floor.
I’m liking it so far, sad that the breakfast is not included for 1 nighters.

We stayed in the purple room one night and the blue room for three nights. Both were very spacious! These are special rooms, and I would definitely recommend them if you are staying at this hotel.
We had a beautiful room with a balcony on the fifth floor looking out at the front tree lined avenue. This is the avenue right next to the Champs Élysées and 5 min walk to Arc de Triomphe. Excellent location! Also 10 min walk to the Eiffel tower on the other direction. The staff was very helpful and provided bottled water free of charge. The air conditioner was excellent. It was very hot during our stay but we had no problem. Very comfortable bed. There is an elevator so had no problem with luggage.
We arrived in Paris and checked in. After a long day of walking we returned to the hotel and wanted to shower as one does and there was no hot water so we went to bed with no shower. The hotel doesn’t notify you of this but you soon discover there must be problems there with the system. Day two my husband asked if a bag of laundry could be dry cleaned. Without indicating any cost or signing any documentation the guy took the clothing and returned it with a 352 euro charge. Charges 15 euro for a pair of socks that cost 1 euro!!! Unbelievable. It was actually disgusting. The hotel manger avoided having a conversation and so receptionist said that he was in a meeting two days in a row.. BE VERY CAREFUL. Also it was very noisy throughout the night you could hear people walking shouting or going to the toilet so you don’t really get much of a rest.

Day first, the hot water problem occured at night and it is thanks to you and one other guest that we realized the problem. Our technician worked three hours on it and fixed it. I am sorry for this and I can understand the inconvenience upon arrival.
Regarding the cleaning, the shame is that you did not use the cleaning form from your cupboard and never enquired about any cost (4 euros for a pair of socks not 15 euros). It is very surprising indeed as 3 laundry bags were needed for all your clothes !
You even blamed us for not reacting because it was obvious that you were looking for the cheapest rates during your stay ...
I agreed on offering a discount of 10% as you were impacted by the hot water problem but your you refused and wanted the refund of the whole amount....
I am truly sorry that your stay ended up like this but there is nothing more we could had offered as you even told us that if we ould have offerered the 352€ you would had paid for it!!
