Hotel is convenient, as metro is nearby. However, there are hobos on this area and I do not recommend for solo travelers, it might look a bit unsafe. Room condition okay, Staff were nice there.

Nice stay at Paris
This is a very nicely located hotel. There are several dining options nearby, and metro station is very close too. The employees there are very courteous. I was a bit worried about keeping the passport and some cash in the hotel rooms. They offered the locker service which gave me a peace of mind. Room was very small, and the bathroom is just beside the bed, but that is probably expected in a city like Paris. Breakfast was average.

The room was small; however it was compensated with the cleanliness of the hotel, the attentiveness/ friendliness of the staff and the overall location of the property. Close to a metro and bus station, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent location near 2 metro stops. Bakery and shops around the corner and the river at 1 minute walk so lovely! Room was clean and convenient and customer service was excellent. So happy I booked here

EXCELLENT breakfast- brie cheese, yogurt, eggs, other cheese, ham, baguette, slices, treats to go. The windows are Parisian style which I loved for social media photos. I had to stay for one night in order to take a break from hostels, and this was great! Thank you.

Great for a quick overnight stay in the area
Really friendly and safe. A small room with large window opening to the street. Room had a small desk and a cot sized bed with high quality cotton bedding. Super clean. Simple standard breakfast.

I really liked this hotel! It was my first trip to Paris by myself! I’m a tall guy so I was worried about the shower size but it was not an issue at all! I had a small room but it was comfortable and to my liking! The elevator took me directly in front of my room which I liked! Plenty of shops and bakeries in the area and also the metro station was nearby so that was great! Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

It was OK until I found a mouse (!) in my room. When I told the staff about it, I received nothing more than just a solid apology - very disappointing. That's one place I won’t return to.

It was a good stay and I didn’t expect much, so it mostly met my expectations. Only problem is that there was mold inside the shower, so that was pretty disgusting. Very convenient to have the metro right outside the hotel. Tho to enter the metro you’ll need to walk down the street a bit, not far at all. When you exit the metro the station is right around the corner from the hotel.

Good value hotel, easy to find and friendly.
This is a good value hotel in north-east Paris. Would recommend. I stayed in a single room, which was comfortable, a good size and had everything that I needed. There's a lift and the wifi works fine. All the staff I encountered, including the night staff, were very polite and friendly so I have no complaints. The area was fine, it's not posh but I didn't feel that there was any issue walking around or coming back at night. It's very close to the Villette Basin, which is nice to stroll along and there are some amazing flats nearby which are great to have a look at if you're interested in architecture. The metro is a couple of minutes walk away and there are plenty of ordinary shops on the main road.

Basic room with excellent service
The room is small and basic, but clean. We only stayed one night. The airline had lost our luggage and several different people at the front desk helped us call to check on it. We brought a pizza back and they allowed us to us their breakfast dishes. They were very nice. We were early and they kept our bags (the ones the airline didn’t lose) until our room was ready. Breakfast was good with several options. Would recommend for a brief stay, but the size would prevent me from staying more than a couple days. Near a metro station. Ok neighborhood, not great.

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I'd forgotten that breakfast was included with our reservation and the manager was kind enough to remind us of it. The cleaning service was also great It was so nice to return to a spotless room.

DEFINITELY DEFINITELY RECOMEND
It is truly and amazing hotel. They take care of the people who stay there very well. We were on the last floor during a heat wave and we had a fan. During the day while we were out, without us having to ask, they replaced the fan with a dehumidifier/ AC. We had some cheese with us from Amsterdam which did not need refrigerating, but with the heat wave it wasn’t looking very good. We left it on the AC to try and cool it off and they took it and put it in the refrigerator for us. The employees were very nice, from the receptionist to the cleaning lady which whom we had a lovely conversation, and also with the taxi driver whom our hotel reserved for us. Everyone was very nice, the hotel was very well kept/ clean, was renovated and comfortable.

This is obviously a hotel for tourists, particularly close friends: 4 beds against each other in a small room and just 2 little stools. Very clean. Friendly staff.
