Bon hôtel pour une nuit, mais étroit pour un long séjour car les chambres sont petites et un peu anciennes.. A proximité du RER B (2 minutes à pied). Petit ascenseur (utile pour les bagages). L'accueil est chaleureux. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité.

While front desk clerk was friendly, we ended up being placed in a room with a broken ac. While not a big deal, it was super hot.and humid the week we were there. Could.not open windows due to mosquitoes and severe weather full of rain and wind. The clerk made every excuse possible to make my wife think that the whole hotel had no working ac units, when we checked and asked others, they all stated they worked. We brought this up with clerk who after one day of arguing and giving us excuses, he finally gave in and gave us a new room with a working ac unit. Which omg made it that much more better. Could have just told us the truth and moved us. Offering us a free Breakfast does not make it better. Nor does it excuse the B's he was feeding my wife. Not necessary. Outside of that, bed and pillows were comfy. Area right by a kids park with carousel so expect noise. Location is about 1 hour from downtown Paris and major attractions. You will spend around $50 to $80 on Ubers, depending of time of day or night. Cheaper to rent a car.

The receptionist didn't explain there was an elevator, so I strained my wrist & knee carrying luggage up 4 floors. Broken TV that was flashing strobe light wouldn't turn off. Internet wifi was super slow, virtually useless.

Small cozy, quit and clean room with small shower
The hotel is clean, quiet, 2-minute walk to the RER B train station and many restaurants/grocery shops. I would recommend this place if you are on a very short budget for Solo or a couple of travelers. If you are tall and/or big this hotel is not for you :(

Will not stay there again.
Great location to the train station and to the CDG Airport. That’s the good side to the hotel as I needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours after arriving in Paris at about 11pm before catching a flight the next morning. Receptionist couldn’t speak English so check in and payment was not smooth. Navigating the room from the reception was also a big issue. Tiny dingy hallway led to the room. Smelling and dusty room. Leakage of water from the bathroom. Couldn’t even stand fully in the miniature bathroom to shower.

The communication is zero, they don’t answer the phone, I was calling them early to coordinate my check in, they never answer my calls, when I arrived the lobby was closed. I had stay at other hotel in the area, I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!

The location of hotel is near to train station for 5min walking. The rooms are very tiny, no space, shower is very small and not comfortable. TV in room not working, the elevator of hotel was not working for all the period of my stay. If I had planned to stay longer I should have leave that hotel for another.room was smelling cigarettes even though I have requested for a non-smoking room.the promotion of this hotel in internet does.not match the reality.

I never stood there because there was no one to check us in and the property was locked shut. I eventually left the property after calling numerous times after paying 80 euros in advance only to be forced to pay 168 euros back in the heart of Paris. It was a horrible night for me and my wife. We were both furious. Don't stay there!

Basic no frills hotel. I picked it because it is within a 3 min walk of PER B, so made it easier to get to CDG for an early flight. Not a good choice if u r visiting Paris because that would cost 10 Euros per person RT. There is not much to see around the hotel. The town is a typical bedroom community. Quait but that's about it.

Pleasant enough, but could be better.
Check in was quick and easy, the man in the front desk was very friendly and spoke good English. The room was ok, with nice comfortable bed. However I noticed mold on the ceiling by the window and under the window behind the curtains, the wall paper was also peeling here. The bathroom was compact (not a problem) however it was a bit mucky and would benefit from a deep clean.

Missed my flight and had to check in a day late. They refused to honor my original 4 night payment and insisted I pay a new rate of 80 euros per night. They have also just charged me an additional mystery fee even though I did not even check in or stay there. I will dispute all charges from this hotel with my credit card. Avoid at all costs.

Clean & close to CDG/metro
It’s not a 5 Star hotel based on size/style but the linens were clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable. It is very small but it was fine for an overnight stay. The manager gave 5 Star service. Very helpful with directions and communicated easily in English. Shared a meal with me and had good conversation with some other guests that were there. Safe location and quick walk from the Metro. I’d stay again and recommend it to solo travelers.

Nice old hotel Close to airport metro line
Rooms were nice and tidy and was in a clean state when we arrived. Across the road from the airport metro line which is convenient and about 25 mins from the city. Our biggest disappointment was thr smell of cigarette smoke in the room and the smell of extremely poor personal hygiene from the tennant below on the third floor. We could smell them our room and was really disgusting. I can't fault the hotel for this but they should put smoke alarms in the rooms. Also kick out people who don't shower or keep a human level of hygiene. Apart from that, thanks for the stay.

Cozy hotel not far from train station
The really nice young man at the hotel desk was very accommodating and even let us check in a couple of hours early - which is nice because check-in isn't until 5pm, pretty late. Our room one flight up the steps had a comfy bed and was small but not too small. The balcony was big and it was fun to people watch. The park was directly across the street from us, lots of kids on merry-go-rounds and what not. The street traffic is fairly noisy, hard to help in Paris. There was a restaurant downstairs but we did not try it. Within a couple of blocks of the hotel are several Brasseries, a sports bar, a fishmonger that offers paella out of a huge paella pan, kebab shops, fine dining and two grocery stores. I didn't hear a lick of English while out on the street. This isn't the glitzy part of Paris, this is a real part of Paris that is fun to experience.

Nice hotel. 5euro train ride to CDG
The hotel is in the middle between Paris downtown and Charles de gaulle airport. It's around 500 feet from the nearest train station from which you only pay 5 euros for a 17 min trip to the airport. Also a 30min (10 euro) to Paris downtown The hotel's air conditioning unit however was making a weird noise every 15 min that will wake you up if you are a light sleeper. Maybe my room's unit was bad that day, but the place is the best for the buck no question asked. Pros: very walking distance to the near by coffeeshops, restaurants...., Price.. Cons: the free internet code you get only allows for 1 device to be connected at the time

Airport shuttle is infrequent
I was disappointed by the deceptive advertising - I booked because there was said to be an airport shuttle, only to find out when I needed it at 1 pm that it only ran at 10 am and what 5 pm. So don't rely on the shuttle unless you're at the airport or need to be there around that time. Was particularly disappointed because I called Expedia to confirm the shuttle information before booking, since the hotel number wasn't provided, but the person didn't seem to be able to understand me.

Great stay for a CDG layover
I was looking for a place close to the airport to stay and I found a great place. For the price I was worried it would be a hole in the wall but it was surprisingly lovely and charming, as was the community it was nestled in. The room was cozy but exceptionally functional for a one night stay. Would highly recommend this hotel for people with a layover in CDG. The town had plenty of places to each dinner and a grocery store within walking distance.

it was OK, the hotel is old, rooms have no carpet on the floor, it was very cold in the morning of a winter day, the sheets had yellow stains and room heating is by a room AC which is quiet but still can bother if u r a light sleeper, staff were really nice though
