You have been upgraded upon arrival without having requested it and at no extra charge by the reception staff, in the only SUPERIOR DOUBLE STUDIO of 15 square meters still available. We notice that YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SENSITIVE to this commercial gesture, gracious. You then requested the SUPERIOR DOUBLE STUDIO on the ground floor, but you were rightly told that all our SUPERIOR DOUBLE STUDIOS were all already occupied that night. Our hotel is situated indeed in the east of Paris, between Republique & Père Lachaise, but it is connected to the city center (Châtelet-Les Halles and Louvre-Rivoli) in 15 minutes by subway Line No. 3, 200 meters far. This ease of access is also one of our strengths! Your reservation was made on 15.12.28 for an arrival on 16.01.01. The hotel sent to you per mail a confirmation in English on the same day. Our front office could answer per mail in English language to all your inquiries, before your arrival. Otherwise, plans of the city of Paris, and plenty of tourist informations are available at reception desk on request. It has also been given to you a map of Paris in hand by the receptionist at your check in. The receptionist confirms we have been able to share with you in Spanish. She does not speak English but is trilingual, Portuguese / Spanish / French. Spoken languages at reception by all of the team are French, English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese We regret that you are not come to the reception during your stay to find a solution on the various points you emphasize: Noise problems, because of the comings and goings of customers, manipulating the access gate to the establishment may have been aggregated from the day after your arrival by simple presentation at our reception, which would have offered a less exposed room and quiet. We are surprised that you felt a sense of insecurity, knowing that access to the residence is controlled entirely by a secured entrance gate, complete with a video surveillance system and a night guard, since the provision appreciated years by our dear customers.
