I stay her for work every couple of months as it's near the office. This hotel has been refurbished. The rooms are very clean and comfortable for a simple and very good value hotel.

I stayed in a beautifully refurbished room. I stay here for work as it's near the office I travel to from time to time. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a quiet area yet also has shops, bars and restaurants nearby but isn't rowdy. Very good value too.

Great value for money
Very reasonably priced in a good area and really convenient for metro into central Paris. Only 25 mins walk to Arc de Triomphe. Highly recommended

Good for short stay but no AC and noisy
Good location, easy to travel around with local metro stations and has nice restaurants near by. But because it’s an old building walls are thin and can hear corridor and other rooms no AC so rooms do get hot

This is a very basic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. I stay here as it is near the office I visit regularly in Paris. There are good amenities nearby and it is quiet. Good value.

This is a great local hotel just 100m away from an office I visit regularly in Paris. The rooms are basic, simple and comfortable and very reasonably priced.

Staff was extremely kind and freindly The 7euros breakfast buffet is simple yet very good. It is unfortunate the place is not well maintained and looks torn down, but for such a price it is unbeatable. Don't book it through Expedia though, they will overcharge you from the real price there

We came to this hotel with very little expectations due to reviews we'd read about it before. The first things we checked were our mattresses and they were all in a good shape. The room was very small for 3 persons, but we managed. The bathroom was clean as well. We were very much releaved. The beds were made and towels changed every day! We were pleasantly surprised by a modest, but a quite sufficient breakfast with limited amount of fresh pastries but unlimited coffee and juice 😀. A couple of problems to count with: 1. Street noise (2 restaurants across ~ people party on the streets way after closing hours) 2. The elevator did not work for the last 3 days of our stay including the day of our departure 😕. Had to bring all our luggage from the 5th floor through very narrow stairs. Overall, a pleasant stay for an economic budget.

Check your bookings and you have a room.
Hotels fully booked, after 3 hours transfered to hovel of a hostel across town, no lights, smelly, broken curtains, dirty black stained toilet and broken shower screen. Nowhere for a coffee out on an industrial site. Appalling customer services from Hotel.com. Did nothing to help resolve the problem, after 6 calls they transfered us back to original hotel.. for which they tried to charge taxi fees to get us back there. Upon arrival at original hotel to find no water and broken lifts which didn't help as we were on the 4th floor. Staff tried their best in original hotel but Hotels .com were severely lacking.

Good reduced price, easy transport to city
This was a nice place for the discounted price at the time, with good location near two metro stations (line 3) to easily transport into the city. Breakfast was basic but enough, wifi wasn't working so the staff member let me use the staff wifi but only on the ground floor. Staff were friendly and helpful, but when I checked in around 11pm they said they would collect an extra pillow and sheet from my room in 5 minutes but they didn't come, which was inconvenient as I was up waiting and they never called e.g. to ask me to leave it outside the door instead. I had a large room with 3 single beds and an ensuite which was a nice size and quiet in the corner of the building, but the walls aren't that soundproof otherwise.

Tiny Dump Hotel
The pictures do not show how TINY the room is. You can barely get into the room before tripping on the bed. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING - something not specified on the site. Window opens, but there is no screen and barely a draft. If you stay in summer the hear is unbearable and the noise outside the window makes it impossible to sleep. Also - THE SHOWER DOESN’T DRAIN. I showered for 5 mins last night and by the end there was 4 inches of water in the shower. Total dump.

Very friendly staff. Nice area. Hotel is cheap so dont expect 4star service or standards, but it is clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Overall i would recommend for somewhere to stay while exploring the city.

The room is clean and modern, but small. Everything worked OK, but the TV is all in French. There is no air conditioning, so avoid during a heat wave. Metro station is about 2 blocks away.

Not a pleasant stay
I am transit to fly back to my country. The room at 3rd floor where the lift was not working. Room with no air conditioning. Even the windows are opened, it still hot. Not a quiet area. Traffic noise along the night. I was hurted by scattered glass in room. They do apologize and vacuuming the floor. No emphaty at all on my bleeding foot. Cant have a good sleep at all. The only good things which is near train station. Thats it.

It has been a very pleasant stay. Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean sheets, very convenient location to reach...2 min walk from M3 line station Louis Michelle and if you rent a velib bike which I did, only 10 min.s ride to Champs Elysee...If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown you can enjoy your solitude and comfort stll being in the center of Paris. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time I am back in town...

Would definitely stay here again!
The best thing about this hotel was the location. It was nice and central and there is also a metro station a few mins away. On one day we walked all the way to the eiffel tower and the other day we used the metro. The neighbourhood was also nice and safe. I heard there is lots of rough neighborhoods and this was great - I felt safe walking at night to get to the hotel. The room had all the essentials. I don't think we would have needed anything more in the hotel. A cleaner came everyday and gave new soap and body wash and changed towels. Definitely recommend! The walls are exactly soundproof advertised but I didn't hear anything except the shower noise from next door really. If I ever return to Paris I will stay here again. Really good value for the money paid.

I read the reviews before I booked and was not sure what I was getting myself into but since I don't spend a lot of time in the room figured for that price point how bad can it be. I was more than satisfied with the room it was small but who cares your in Paris the room is to sleep not to stay in. The shower and bathroom area is very small. A little awkwardly put together shower is fine but getting out and putting clothes on can be challenging. The hotel is situated a couple of blocks away from a metro station and has many restaurants and shops nearby. All but one of the staff members was extremely helpful. The one staff member that I did have an issue with really wasn't rude just didn't care to help me with my problem. Other staff helped me to print out bus and plane tickets and one lent me an energy convertor as I forgot to bring one.

Hotel in "banlieu"
Hotel is in a continous rehabilitation and elevator is out of service sometime. Walls are made of kind paper so pray do not have neighbors who snore. Fleas are the new fashion in Paris at this moment (all pharmacies and drugstores are selling anti-flea solutions) but you can stay out of trend. Don't bring any food in the hotel's room because can encounter small red ants, nothing else. I hope ...
