It was nice being so close to the Metro, as well as a pharmacy and grocery store which we all needed. The room was clean and while small, had good sized amenities. The elevator was tiny but much appreciated. We appreciated having a refrigerator. The only downside was a lack of a washer and dryer on site.

Despite the small size of the room, it was skillfully organized, with everything arranged in a thoughtful and practical manner. However, there were a few small issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. On the first day of my stay, I discovered that the safe was not functioning properly and the hotel wasn't able to fix it or move us to another room. So I had to carry my laptop with me throughout the day which was very inconvenient and burdensome. In addition, the bed sheets were torn and dusty, and while we requested a replacement, it was never provided. Similarly, there was no hair conditioner provided, despite our request for some. Moreover, the hot water kettle had unsightly stains on the inside, and the hotel was noticeably stingy when it came to providing coffee sachets each day.

Roland Garros weekend
Good, clean hotel. Rooms a bit small. Very friendly and helpful staff. Situated close to Metro. Excellent location as we were able to walk easily to Roland Garros.

Nice stay in a simple friendly hotel
Stayed for 2 nights for a business trip. The comfort room was perfect for my needs. There were plenty of plug sockets and a slim desk in front of the window. The bed was nice and comfy and the room was well laid out with a separate bathroom and toilet. All the staff were nice and friendly which enhanced the stay. I would definitely stay again

Great little spot
Lovely little hotel on the outskirts of Paris and right beside Metro line 9 which takes you straight in to the city within 25 mins. Staff really helpful and friendly. Room super quiet, small but has all you need and bed really comfortable.

The hotel was an easy walk to the French Open about 25 minutes easy pace. Lots of restaurants nearby which was convenient. The hotel room was compact and clean. We asked for a room that was quieter towards the back because the main street in front can get loud with traffic. Our room was very quiet.

Suburban Paris gem
I was in Paris on an intense 5- day business trip. When I told the receptionist this, she very kindly put me in a room that faced a quiet courtyard, rather than the busy street. Every staff member I met/interacted with was superior in friendliness and helpfulness. A++++

Hotel based near to Roland Garros which was excellent. A15 minute walk to the tennis everyday was perfect.Room had been refurbished and was very adequate for our needs. A little on the expensive side for a 3 star property but I guess this is Paris!

I picked this hotel for it's location (outside of peripherique) and its parking, both of which helped to ensure a trouble-free access in car. The location does mean that one sits in the metro train (from very nearby station) before getting to the city centre, but that is the basic idea. The room was fine, the breakfast buffet adequate, and the staff very helpful.

Excellent renovated room
Newly renovated room. Excellent condition. In Paris, this room would probably be worth three times the price. Small but perfect for one person. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very modern decor. Highly recommend.

Old, neat hotel in suburb Paris
Navigated from the subway station. Sign was not clearly visible from the street and had a hard time finding it. Even walked right past the entrance as the Best Western sign was not posted towards the street. Elevator was old and carpet looked pretty dirty. They were moving boxes for renovation for the hotel on Friday evening and it took like 5 mins for the elevator to come down. Room key was quite unusual, took a few attempts to learn how the key works. There was no shower curtain so the water splashed all of the bathroom. Room was very tiny but I suppose it's normal for hotels in Paris. The service at the front desk was good. No issue with the wake up call and taxi request.

Great area & staff let down by poor rooms.
Area ok and easy to metro into Paris. Hotel staff nice, but the rooms are very poor and dated. It needs a complete overhaul. Rooms 71 - 76 are new and much better. We moved room 3 times as the air conditioning didn't work, but in room 74 it was ok.

Practical Hotel
This is a small hotel in a predominantly business area. Ideal for my location meetings. It's near metro stops so handy to get around Paris. It's an old building and that's pretty obvious in the decor, the room, the facilities, etc. €13 for a continental breakfast is steep. I would absolutely stay here again if I had meetings in the area but not sure if I'd stay for a weekend or sightseeing trip.

Hotel was fine, a little dated, but clean. Only gripe was that the maid not only didn't renew the toiletries each day, she took the soap, shampoo and tooth mug away on day two and never returned them! A good value hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

Okay stay. Nothing special, just a room. Front desk staff all spoke English and were helpful. VERY convenient to Metro (9/10 lines.) Room cleaning weaker than most European hotels I've stayed in. Probably more a function of a weak specific housekeeper than the hotel in general.

Great for Roland Garros
Stayed for one night (Sunday/Monday). Will start with all the positives. On arrival (by car) finding the hotel was easy and secure parking very good. The staff are all very polite and helpful. Checking in process was very quick. Our room was on the fifth floor overlooking the main road, room was very clean and bathroom very clean as well. Bed was comfortable and street noise was barely heard with window closed. The negatives, windows have more sound proofing than the walls, you can hear your neighbours talking (luckily they stopped talking early). Also squeaky floorboards and finally a shower curtain for shower would be handy, but not a real problem. Yes would stay here again for a short trip as it was ideal for Roland Garros. Also metro station is 50m away and your only 20 min from Central Paris.
