Great apartment hotel to stay. Clean, quiet, safe, 24 hours coffee/tea with friendly and helpful staffs. It is only 2, 3 minutes walk to Grocery market, Patisserie, Boulangerie, T2 Tram and Bus to go to Paris. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Paris

Simple, pocket-friendly digs outside Paris
Simple, pocket-friendly accommodations just outside Paris, 3 connections from either main airport taking more than an hour (RER, Metro, tram) or 2 from central Paris (tram, Metro). I'd consider staying here again if I were in Paris once more.

The accommodation had been overall cleaned and very comfortable. The door key to the courtyards was not working and I have been shut out… but a kind staff immediately helped me. Good apartment hotel as usual.

First lets talk about the team, they are all AMAZING, they made our stay smooth and perfect, they are always available for help and assistance, special note to jean guy i believe who was just like a brother at the hotel, even the director is down to earth and accessible. Then we rented a studio for 4 people which was on the 10th floor with the view over 'La defense's buildings" amazing and even more during the night, the room was clean we stayed for 8 nights, they came to clean for free once, and since we were barely there, so it was fine, the location is great 10 min by tram to la defense, a great patisserie is right accross the street of the hotel where we would buy freshly hot baked croissant/ pain au chocolat and baguette . I would definitely book this hotel again.

Great staff, great place.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which lent to a great stay. The hotel / apartment is only 8 minutes from La Defense via the light-rail [T2], another 7 or 8 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, with the train station less than two blocks from the hotel. The price is fair. We were very happy with our stay.

very close to tram station & brand new property
though we booked studio apartment due to booking hotel app snag they were professional to give 2 rooms for our stay. staff was very helpful & forthcoming to guide as well as supplement us. only thing which we missed was a dishwasher else all the facilities was 5 star and hotel gave a fresh & new feeling

A Glorified Hostel
We don't speak French and most of the time reception didn't speak English. So there were some communication problems but nothing hand gestures couldn't resolve. We stayed for 9 nights and our room was cleaned once. Had to ask for extra toilet paper repeatedly. Air flow of any kind didn't work so we just left the window open. But the room was pretty nice. Clean, Comfy bed, Microwave, stove (which we didn't use), Fridge, Tram near by, Grocery Store kiddy corner from the place, lovely shower.

OK place but poor value for money
Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Access at the entrance door, elevator and apartment is with a code, so not very convenient as you need to memorise it/write it somewhere. Apartments are okay, but feel old and the furniture feels very cheap. The kitchen is nicely equipped and convenient. The bathrooms feel very old, ad the shower was leaking everywhere. In my 4 nights stay, the apartment wasnt cleaned once (apparently cleaning is only once a week, and a cleaning wasnt made available even with an extra fee. Annoying when most bath towels are used to mop the bathroom floor...). And the area is absolutely terrible. Very poor value for money, for this kind of price I would recommend going in La Défense or Paris West for much better services.

Modern apartment suitable for family
Pros: Friendly staff and modern layout. Room sleeps 4 and since it is not a hotel as such, no noisy neighbours. 2 mins walk to metro, gets you to La Defence and the M1 line can get you to most tourist attractions. Cons: We went in the summer and the heat was 26-28c. There is no air conditioning, so if you open the windows, it will get very noisy from traffic and passer-by. Please note room cleaning is not included in price unless you stay >8 days. So take you trash across the road which is surprisingly easy. Conclusion: For its staff, price and condition, i would highly recommend it for self catering family who is looking for a handy base to tour from due to its location.

Great Experience.
The hotel's staff was very friendly. Everything near hotel (Restaurants, super market) only few minutes by tram to shopping mall. If you have a car so its a great place to stay and visit paris because the price is good comparing to room space. If you don't have a car, Paris visit will cost you around 15 euros to travel by tram.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité du T2. Le personnel d’accueil est très agréable et accueillant, si l’occasion se représente, je choisirais de nouveau cet hôtel.

Très agréable de pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner dans la chambre avec le matériel de la mini cuisine bien équipée. Literies de bonne qualité. Personnel accueillant. Chauffage trop important et non réglable.

Tres facile d'acces en transport , petit studio correct et propre seul petit bemol il fait tres chaud ( en ete) il n'y a pas de climatisation et zucun ventilateur a dispositio

일단 주방이 있어서 뭐 해먹기는 편리합니다. 전자렌지도 있어서 햇반돌리기도 좋구요. 다만, 수건을 여유있게 제공하지 않는점, 청소를 해주지 않는점, 방에서 냄새가 나는 점등은 아쉬워요. 그래도 가격대비 나쁘지 않아서 다음에도 묵을 예정입니다.
