"The room had thick coating of dust over the fins of the air conditioner unit, the bathroom vent had thick dust on the upper1 1/2” - 2” of the vent. The linens were clean and the beds comfortable."

"We checked in at the office on 6/25, but did not go to the room for 6 days because we were staying with family in town. The room was filthy. I got cleaning supplies from the office and attempted to clean it but it was still disgusting. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived and there was hair in the shower from the previous occupants. The room had a refrigerator that was not working and had mold inside. When I opened the door the smell was horrid. The air conditioner blew cool air...
