Hôtel Bonne Nouvelle Paris
Struggled with hot water throughout my stay. There was no hot water in the shower. Heaters were not working. It was very cold definitely not comfortable. Front desk reception staff was nice and helpful. Tried their best but they couldn’t help. Thank you

Hotel Victoires Opera
Only 4 stars because I accidentally went to the wrong room and my key opened the door. No other issues and was a lovely hotel!
