The hotel is in a convenient location for public transportation close to metro and RER routes. The hotel was nice boutique property. We had to wait for check in at 3pm. It was difficult after being awake 24hrs red eye flight. The rooms were nice but on the small side. The staff was excellent and the included morning breakfast was a nice addition. It took away the morning process of deciding where to eat. The food and service was pretty good. It had a little of everything to make it a 4 star hotel. It fell short of being a 5 star property. It was not bad for our first time visit to Paris. Everyone in the hotel spoke English. Communications was not a problem. The staff was polite.

A hotel I'd visit again
This is a lovely hotel and I enjoyed my stay. It's a fairly short walk to l'Arc de Triomphe and a longer but doable walk to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was great, access to the spa and pool was convenient. The room was clean and I can't think of any complaints, really.

My husband I traveled to Paris to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We were so pleased with our stay at Hôtel Toujours. The staff are professional and courteous and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and very clean. The amenities were outstanding. We really enjoyed the ability to book a private pool session after a very long day of exploring the city. Speaking of exploring, the hotel is conveniently located near major tourist attractions and public transportation is easily accessible. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel entrance and a metro station just around the corner. Taking Ubers is also an option as they come very quickly. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning in the beautiful breakfast area. The food was great and always very fresh. There are restaurants all over the place to have lunch or dinner and there are two grocery stores just across the street from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Paris!

Loved it. Hotel staff (especially the front desk) we’re superb!!!! Very helpful, informative just all around great ppl….. love love love the sauna/Hamam …. Close to great restaurants and Champ de Élysées area was quiet (get to avoid all the sirens and basic city sounds etc) it’s boutique so it really does the away from home vibes well … room was nice and clean … I’m going back just so I can stay there again and drink all the complimentary hot chocolate that I can! Would recommend and will stay again

EXPERIÊNCIA MARAVILHOSA
Atendimento excelente, inclusive tem a Eliana que é brasileira, e nos auxiliou durante nossa estadia. Além de todos os demais funcionários, que foram extremamente gentis e solícitos. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Quartos confortáveis, pegamos com acesso ao spa, o que contribui para relaxarmos ao longo da estadia (o spa é reservado horário diretamente na recepção). A localização é maravilhosa, na esquina do hotel tem uma estação de metrô, a Porte Maillot (linha 1 amarela) de metrô, e também tem a estação de trem, do outro lado da avenida.

The place is very convenient to metro, grocery, restaurants and shoppings. You can see the Arc de Triomphe, which is only 13mins walk. Their worker are also amazing. The receptionist allowed us to store our luggage while we ate next door. The housekeepers, he made sure that we have our Iron and iron board inside our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was also delicious. I love the waffles and eggs. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was extremely kind and allowed us to store our baggages before and after our accorded stay. The rooms are new and cozy, very good air conditioning. Had some of the deepest sleeps in a while :) Good to mention also the little gym and the great positioning close to metro

Hotel was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. Staff was amazing, they were extremely welcoming and kind, very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Upon check in I had checked with the staff if Expedia had been paid and they were adamant that Expedia had not been paid . I asked a few times but they refused to accept I had already paid Expedia. This became a duplicated booking as the Hotel took payment from me upon check out. Trying to get my funds returned and clarification from Expedia was an awful experience. I was left short changed as the Hotel had returned me there cost and I ended paying the Higher Expedia cost. There was a poor compensation of points and I was overall short of around 72 euros because of the Hotel Manager failure and Expedia reluctance to refund me the difference.

We were there only to spend the night before going to the airport. Fernando at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The location is a quiet little corner of a chic residential neighborhood.

L'espace piscine privé durant 45 minutes est très appréciable. Détente assurée. Cependant, Il faut réservé le créneau horaire, seulement, à l'arrivée.... et si votre séjour est de courte durée, le choix est très limité voire aucun choix. De plus, le protocole d'accès n'a pas été rapide donc plutôt 30/35 minutes d'utilisation.

Amazing!!
The staff was very welcoming from the second we walked in. They were attentive and willing to help with anything needed. It is located close to major attractions like the Arc and Champ Elyssee. There is a metro around the corner which makes it easy to travel.

Amazing little hotel, great location, metro at one block, nice family friendly neighborhood without been super touristic and noisy, the room was great size for the 3 of us, we had a king size bed for me and hubby and a single bed for my 12 year old son, the room was renovated, super confy, A/C working great, it was really hot weather, tasty breakfast, eggs, cheese, ham, coffee, juices, pastries, all amazing!! The staff super nice specially Fernando, amazing!!

It was my first time in Paris so I didn’t know what to expect but this hotel was perfect for a first time visitor. It’s a small place so it is quiet & peaceful. We loved the breakfast as it was super fresh and tasty, not what you usually expect in hotel food. Management was kind & the rooms were clean & updated.
