"Got the worst rooms facing a parking lot. Tv was not working in our room. Called reception to send someone to fix it. No one came. "The hotel hosted a wedding during our week stay without notifying guest until arrival. The infinity pool, beach club, and restaurant was all closed during our stay during this event. On two different nights music was so loud it echoed our room until 2:30am. Staff did nothing to help make our stay better after multiple attempts to speak with managers. Paid thousands of dollars for a terrible hotel experience. Thankfully the island itself is beautiful and we spent our days exploring it. "

"The room was clean but ac was not as cold. Not many staff in the bars. Pool was decent. Food in the buffet was good for breakfast but not for diner. Food does not stay warm. Reservations to the restaurants are a must as soon as you arrive, gets full quickly. Rent a car to explore beaches to the west, it’s magnificent!"
