It’s near 2 vaporetto stations (accademia & zattere) Breakfast was filling Staffs were helpful Elevator availble Heater functional Relatively safe !!!complimentary drinks included!!! (Fizzy drinks, beers, juices, nespresso, mineral water). Cons Tiny bit difficult to find Breakfast menu...

"This hotel is located on the fanciest street in Venice where all the high end couture shops are. We stayed in a quadruple family room with a separate room of twin beds for the boys. The room was great. My only suggestion is to bring converters as they don't have many USB or other charging areas in the rooms. The hotel has its own water dock if you want to come via boat. "
