"Stanza in ottime condizioni, bagno grande con vasca idromassaggio e doccia. Vicinissimo all’ospedale nel mio caso molto comodo per motivi lavorativi. Staff gentile e professionale. Parcheggio in zona blu con pass fornito dall’hotel. "

"Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff , We had to hire a kettle to make a coffee in our room ,that was 6 euros a day . You would think a kettle is standard in a room , Good position for the train station and getting to tge shops & restaurants. Continental breakfast was good , plenty to choose from."

"Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza. Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off. Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee...

"The room was average but, clean. Carpet could be updated as there were stains on the carpet taking away from the atmosphere of the room. Balcony was nice and great place to sit and read and have your coffee. The TV did not work in the room, which was not a big deal for us. The amenities; pool, sauna did not appear useful. "Die Lage war super. Das Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick war aber super laut. Das Frühstück ist im Keller und deshalb ist es dort sehr kalt. Für eine Nacht Durchreise hat es gut gepasst :)"

"Be sure to arrive by 5 pm or else you will get 20 euro each hour afterwards. There is no information about this before booking, but you will get a message after the booking is confirmed. My fault I didn’t check the messages but the owner could have been kinder. Besides that the apartments in the buildings have connecting thin doors that can let you hear every whispers. Besides those issues the property is amazing and the staff also very kind and accommodating. It’s a good choice in the area...
