"Difficult to get ahold of the admin and unless I casually found the general admin of the building supervising the premises I wouldn’t have gotten ahold of the laundry door entry codes. Communication was poor. Too many info request to get the access code for day 1. Location is great. Places to eat, shop, visit and transportation incomparable "

"Glamp nuovo, locazione fuori dal paese a qualche minuto di auto si è sul lago. Struttura nuova, all’interno c’è tutto ciò che serve, acqua nel frigorifero, sapone asciugamani, ciabattine, accappatoio; stoviglie, aria condizionata. Letto comodo. Esperienza molto positiva."

"Leider doch einige sichtbare Mängel: Lavabo mit Riss, Lavaboschrank fällt fast auseinander, Schrauben fehlen, Bade-Fugen und Tür-Dichtungen kaputt, nur mobiles Klimagerät vorhanden (reicht aber nicht für ganzes Appartment), Wasserkocher und Duschbrause unappetitlich gelb-orange verfärbt, Türzarge beim Bad unten durch Wasserschaden sehr unschön aufgequollen, Schlafsofa nur bedingt BEQUEM durch schmalen Topper, Schlafzimmer-Steckdosen müssen zuerst gesucht werden. "Fantastisk udsigt over søen fra lejlighed 12 (vores). Poolens vand var koldt. Poolen blev rengjort efter åbningstid, så man skulle svømme med renserobotten. Der var meget larm fra gaden og byen, så nattesøvnen blev forstyrret mange gange. På 14 dage blev der arbejdet 4 gange i haven, med larmende maskiner. Den ene dag i 5 timer non stop. Der var meget varmt om natten, så aircondition ville have været godt. Fint at lejligheden blev gjort ren og fik skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder efter den første...

"Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"

"We loved our stay at the Hotel Spendide Royal! It’s absolutely gorgeous hotel and the feeling of being there is very special. The staff were all top notch and showed care and a commitment to making you feel comfortable and happy. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety and options. We will definitely come back and can’t recommend it enough."
