"If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would: what an incredible institution. Staff were first class. Couldn’t do enough. Rooms were fitted to perfection with all you would need. Perfect location: loved being privileged to view Juliet balcony and statue without the crowds. Will definitely recommend and return: iron and ironing board available on request "

After a week of running around Venice and Florence sightseeing, it was wonderful to relax in the pool, enjoy the views and unwind. Staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay.
