"The outside entrance is not so attractive but inside off pousada nice and cozy, Excellent reception from host. The rooms is on the small side . But the bed and the bedding are very comfortable. Very nice. Our stay was short. Just wish have more time to enjoy the place."

"It was quite different than the advertised pictures in the website. We could not bath in the pool as it was not precisely clean. We had to find a paid parking in a different pousada as it was not possible to find a space outside. The breakfast was not very good as we had to wait to find a space to sit down because all the tables were occupied, they did not serve eggs. Electricity did not work all morning so we had a cold water shower. "

As in many other hotels in Brazil you will experience a great level of noise from the bikes and trucks - incl. noise from the neighbourhoods many dogs."

The cozy dinning room for the incredibly good breakfast (included) is next to a small but inviting pool, and a river that leads to the Paraty Bay and the historic center. "Beautiful hotel with lush garden, rustic decor and large, stylish communal areas, largest we ever experienced - many places to sit, lay in hammock, eat, slouch on sofa; several living rooms to lounge and relax. Breakfast was served with a selection of cheeses, rolls, breads and exotic fruits and juices (guava juice was my favourite). The hotel owner even made eggs to make us feel welcome.
