"The room was extremely dirty and had hair covering the sink when I walked in. The toilet ran after flushing. The breakfast had very few options. The entrance to the stairs were covered in ceiling repair products from what appeared to be leaky pipes. I am shocked Wyndham has allowed this to remain part of their brand."

"This is a great alternative for larger families like ours to having to rent multiple rooms. The quality and care of the interior of the rooms is evident right away. It offers an escape from the chaos of the Canyon alley hotels and is a quiet respite after a long day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent customer service, but not elevator. Just thought you should know before you book. Beds were comfy too. The have an indoor pool and hot tub. The jets were not working but the fantastic heated water temp made it perfect anyway. Same hot water available in the show as well."
