"Traveled with newborn and the ac was out. No technician on site and would have to travel from another town. Couldn’t stay in the room and all rooms were booked. Would not recommend."

"It's a great place if you want people to hear you use the bathroom with their barn doors separating your time on the toilet and people on the other side pretending they can't hear. (or smell) Also, THERE IS NO FREE PARKING! They will essentially force you to use their valet or park far away. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a place to stay. "

Our kids were downstairs with us parents until about 10:30pm on Friday night and they were being a little loud and the front desk employee kept giving dirty looks and then came over to the adults and told us they need to calm down. "When looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville, everything was too expensive for my short trip so I chose The Star on Spring in Springdale which is literally down the street. It was so convenient!
