"The hotel lobby is clean amd very nice looking. The staff were all very kind and even greated you when you walked by. Check in/out was easy. The parking is not onsite which we did not know about and cost us extra money. The room itself was really just ok. The breakfast made up foe it. "

"It was kind of run down the first room we were in we woke up at 4 am with it being a hot box they swiftly got us into the room right next to the first room. The pool area needed to be cleaner. Other than that it was okay. "

"My room was very clean and the staff was kind and courteous. The pool was under construction and closed and the balcony in the room I booked was not accessible, neither of which was noted in the description of the hotel at time of booking. I specifically ordered a balcony room with the expectation of being able to use the balcony and I chose a hotel with a pool for the same reason. I was disappointed to learn that neither of these things were available only after arriving for my stay. "

"The complimentary glass of champagne at the bar was great. But, if there are two guests each should get one😁. We always stay at the BH on our way to FL and MI and MI to FL. Dinner menu was plentiful and tasty! "

"This is an older property and could use some updates, but overall it was great. The property is huge and has a ton of amenities. I was incredibly surprised. We were just passing through West Virginia and stopped for the night, but I would definitely stay there again."

"Had 2 accessible rooms with king bed each that were easily accessed. Nice since I traveled with 3 elderly women using rolling walkers & cane. And both rooms were on ground floor. Roll-in showers were great for handicapped women. TV was mounted on side wall so difficult to see from bed. "

"We stayed here on our travels so we were only in the room to shower and sleep. It served its purpose, clean enough and comfortable enough! Continental breakfast began at 6 which was good for us getting up early to hit the road. Good option for a quick stay!"
