Cari Hotel di Virginia Barat

"Great staff"

"Need to eliminate the coffee machine- doesn’t work… friendly staff, easy check-in, room was clean"

"It was a very beautiful and relaxing experience"

"Elevators was a hassle, out of three only one work some of the time. Rm 919 needs some work; i.e. bathroom ceiling peeling bad and master bath sink drains very slow. None of my perks were left in my room, nor were giving after I spoke with staff."

"Very friendly, helpful staff."

"it is a beautiful property and its what i imagine living in the woods is like"

"We were only there for one night as we traveled through the area. The resort was beautiful driving thru it. Very secure. Check in/out staff were super nice. The room was clean and bed was very nice but the living room furniture was old & uncomfortable to sit on. But we were only there as an overnight stay so it was not an issue for us."

"This hotel was in great area. Enjoy the chili fest downtown and the walk was close to everything. Would stay again"

"Very helpful directions, even when arriving late at night. Spacious and clean, great retreat in the woods."

"Check in was amazing with super helpful lady helping us find dinner. Lovely stay"

"We have stayed here before. Unsure why it would be called luxury. We do like coming. Breakfast is nice, not $60 though. The first course of breakfast is usually dry, left out too long and should not be included at all. Our tubs drain was unattached, and the sinks had no stoppers at all. A concern for my diamond ring. The property also canceled our dinner reservation3 days previous. Many light bulbs were out in our room. The vents and shower were in need of spring cleaning."

"Hotel was once a grand place - currently needs TLC. Not as clean as you would expect. Restaurant menu & service were not up to Blennerhassett reputation. Not sure I would stay there again."

"The hotel had character in the entrance but the actual guest rooms were just average. The staff was friendly and very nice to have valet parking in this downtown area. We didn’t have anything from the restaurant so can’t really speak about it."

"Kind staff, good food at restaurant. BEAUTIFUL views around the property, nice restaurants close by, and accessible to the National Park Bedroom and bathroom left a lot to be desired. Door didn’t seal right, hole in shower, weak water pressure, outdated and sweaty bed frame"

"Nice clean place, right off highway, restaurants , stores close by. Bed , room comfortable, good shower. Staff pleasant and helpful."

"connecting building so you would not have to walk outside. Use of sidewalks, you had to walk in the parking lot. the bathrooms needed better plumbing, they were not dirty from lack of hotel staff but smelled funny due to plumbing issues. the restaurant attached to the hotel had good food. I did not use the pool."
