"This property was nice......at one point in time. VERY dated and in desperate need of repair. Stains on the furniture and mattress in the rooms, rust everywhere there's water, lights that barely work. The pool was a disaster. The heater wasn't working so it was ice cold. The hot tub was lukewarm at best and the railings were falling out of the concrete. So much rust everywhere. The water was murky. And the cherry on top of the pool...... you have to CHECK OUT A TOWEL from the front desk! Ok, weird but doable. Where I draw the line? You have to return it BEFORE making your way back to your room. Look, I'm not a self conscious person. My body has gotten me through some super fun adventures and given me one fantastic child. However......no one else wants to see my fat behind dripping water down the hall while my cellulite jiggles along the way. Not to mention at the front desk AND walking through the lobby. Sure, I could have wrapped up in a robe......if I had packed one. Didn't plan on the swamp monster walk of shame on my spring break. Do better, La Quinta. The highlight of our stay was Sarah, the front desk rep in the evenings. She was kind, patient, and helpful. This place doesn't deserve her!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was convenient to the airport and nice restaurants. Our only complaint was the $25 parking fee. There was some street parking available, but it was only free from 6pm to 6am. The hotel does have a good size parking lot which is where they park the valet vehicles. During our stay the lot only had maybe 10 cars in it at any time, with many empty spaces available. I don't mind paying for valet parking if that is the only option in a busy downtown area, but when there is an almost empty hotel parking lot available, customer parking should be free."

"Everyone in staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great and the location to old town was the best. My only complaint the whole stay was with the parking. Definitely not parking friendly. I had to park across the street and walk across what seemed to be a main thoroughfare. Very dangerous since my health doesn’t allow me the ability to move too fast. For a hotel of that size a parking deck would be nice, or at least cut down the size of the gated/private parking. There was very many available spots I never saw taken but began a locked gate. But I did enjoy the stay."

"Children disappointed by not right pool times posted. Staff was awesome ! Easy to get access to staff for help."
