"This is a charming cabin right on the lake. It quiet and comfortable, well stocked with most anything you might need. It is a good idea to comebwith all the groceries etc you may require, it Is remote."

"Very large and clean room. Plenty of space for everyone and comfortable beds. All the necessary amenities were provided. Also, it’s a small thing, but a pet peeve of mine is when properties have inadequate hooks for hanging towels. This room was thoughtfully designed with plenty of towels AND a sufficient number of hooks, which I very much appreciated. The location is excellent - close to the Rainier entrance and made it easy to get into the park early."

"We stayed here while visiting Rainier and understood this place was nothing fancy but expected it to be maintained better. The check in process was terrible. We arrived and the door to the office was locked, staff looked at us but did not answer the door. Eventually opened the door and were rude that we needed to check in. "Everyone at Alexander’s Lodge was so sweet. The complimentary breakfast really helped my friends and I when we left early for a hike. I would totally stay here again!"

"We never saw any staff..they left an envelope on an outside board for us to get into the room. We were assigned an upstairs room with steep stairs and no elevator. We are in our late 70's and it was a chore taking our suitcases and belongings up these stairs. I knocked on their door to the main house to complain, and they never answered the door. "Property was nice enough, they only supplied us with one towel and were 2 guests though and we couldn’t reach front desk because they closed around 8 (we weren’t told they would close). It wasn’t an unpleasant experience aside from that though and is very close to the mount rainier entrance."
