"Great for families"

"Great location with a short walk to the harbour area along a coastal promenade. The majority of staff were really nice. A big thank you to Nikki in Guest Relations for a warm welcome and friendly conversations during my stay. The breakfast staff were also great and attentive. The breakfast offering was brilliant and so varied, one of the best I have ever had. Also, many thanks to the team for making my birthday special, much appreciated! "Beautiful hotel. The service, ambience, dining options and facilities all excellent. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the beach area. If only the Elysium could clear out the rocky beach front and make it easier for guests to go into the sea."

"During the selection of the hotel, it was a selling point for me that the sauna and the steaming room were listed under the amenities of this property. However, it wasn’t mentioned in the description of the hotel that there is a surcharge for using them. I believe that it is the example of the hidden fee when the hotel charges extra to profit from their guests.
