"I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it. The host was wonderful — very communicative and accommodating. He met me on arrival and walked me through everything. The unit is a self-contained, ADU-style space with everything you need: a nice kitchen with a refrigerator for cooking and keeping things cold, an incredibly comfortable king-size bed, AC, and a lovely shower. "Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all so fresh. Secured parking on site. Only suggestion is to make guard gate electronic so aren’t required to get out of car to enter code. "

"First of all, Moorea is beautiful!! Very quiet, not crowded and very peaceful. NIU Beach Resort has very upscale beach bungalows steps from the water. We snorkeled from the beach - super clear and lots of coral. We also kayaked daily which was very fun. The bungalow is perfectly equipped - very thoughtful and beautiful. Only breakfast is available to purchase on-site, but restaurants and small groceries are bikeable (bikes provided for free) or walkable. Perfect for adult travelers!"

"The deluxe bungalow was so nice inside with all the modern conveniences but had a thatched roof giving you an authentic Polynesian experience. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the bathroom had 2 beautiful sinks and walk in shower. The kitchenette was an added plus! The pool was wonderful and ocean view and beach were beautiful. The on site Sunset Grill was convenient but we only had 1 dinner there since there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again...

"The room was clean, but had many many bugs. Which I did not mind much due to the location on the hotel being more in the forest. The area where the kitchenette is and for outdoor relaxing is covered in dog poop. I found this to be unsanitary."
