Best Western Plus Hotel Papenburg
At the edge of the shopping and dining area, so it was quiet but close enough to walk everywhere. Bike rentals are at the information center right next to the hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful

Did not receive an email in advance with key code as advertised, but we found the location early and the cleaning staff happened to be there and kindly rang for us.
