"This is really the worst experience I have ever had with a booking on Hotels.com. The room you see in the pictures – the room you book and pay for – does not correspond at all to the room you actually get.
I was shocked when I arrived. I had booked this room because I had a lot of work to do and needed a comfortable place to focus, but nothing matched what I had seen in the pictures. It did not meet even basic standards of comfort, let alone what I would expect for a working environment.

"brand new and well maintained unit in the old building apartment. inside was very nice, kitchen was well maintained and provided all the kitchen utensil and other necessity.
The property management wasn't very responsive in the beginning, lacking for communication and proactive.
There is washing machine - no laundry detergent
There is coffee maker - no coffee pods, only provide instant coffee.
