The property is perfect for us except that we had an experience of not having water the next day we woke up. I would have rated this place excellent if not for that reason. the staff and service was excellent. Cannot complain anything else. Will reconsider staying on this place again on my next visit.

I like the location because it was quite and away from the hustle and bustle of Alona but the property has thin walls hence you can hear next door’s noise even just simple talking.

Everything was okay except check in
Everything was okay except for the check in. Our room was not yet available and we were told to wait. After some "arguing" with the front desk, they decided to give us another room. They initially told us that additional fees will be collected since it is a more expensive room. I told them I wont be paying any additional amount since it is not our fault.

I wasn't as I had thought, but everyone was friendly. It took a couple of days to fiqure things out. It's cheaper to use their take out, than take trike into town and eat that way. We just ordered extra and had it for lunch the next day.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff
This was by far the most amazing hotel we stayed at in the Philippines. We thank Cheryl and the entire team for a five star stay. Room: Comfortable bed, strong AC, cold fridge. Blankets available on request. Bathroom has very hot water that never runs out. Quality toiletries in large quantity. Wifi is generally good but is the one area to improve. Common areas: Beautiful property with lovely palm trees and large deep pool. Highlight of the property. Kitchen that you can use. Service: Impeccable service here. Room ready 3h early. Reasonable rate for late checkout (6pm was possible!) Organized port pickup flawlessly at the last minute. Motorbike rental is not the cheapest but they are flexible and can do half day rates too. Every single request immediately accommodated and the employees seem to love their job. Area: you might need a bike but has two of the best restaurants in town nearby. We walked to the airport on our way out. We absolutely want to return one day and highly recommend this hotel.

Great place
The property was great. Rooms and toilets are clean. There is a common kitchen you can use. Super friendly and helpful staff. One thing I would suggest to the management is to train their staff on basic fire fighting and check fire extinguishers regularly. There was a minor fire incident during our stay and the staff does not know how to use the fire extinguisher. We (I and another guest) had to do it. Also, some fire extinguishers are non functional. There was no pressure.

Overall, satisfied guest here.
Booked in this hotel twice.. and also recommended this hotel to my cousins. Will consider booking again next time. The place is quiet and not that far to alona beach. Staff are kind and very accommodating. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom at room 1 in de luxe villa. The sink is draining slowly and the toilet bowl takes time to fill up water when use by multiple people in short intervals.

We stayed a the deluxe suite, it was a home away from home - spacious, comfortable and you can just go to the pool when you go our of the unit. Though separate from the other suites, staff's service and attentiveness was great!

It has a swimming pool but we did not get to use it because we were gone most of the time. The property was secured because there is a gate. It was very quiet. The property is all the way in the back behind another building. Their office is across the street. The road leading to the property is very narrow and bumpy and muddy. There is no privacy among guests because it is a loft. There’s only 1 bathroom, for 4 people it is not convenient. The second bed is under the stairs right behind the couch, if you’re not careful you might bump your head on the stairs. There are mosquitoes that go inside when you open the door to answer the door. The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to our rquests.

The location is a little far from Alona beach - about 25 mins walk. Everything else is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful - provide details around the vicinity, arrange transport, arrange day tour trips, etc. The room is clean and big enough. The toilet is clean. The swimming pool is good for a dip. The kitchen for self-cooking is well-equipped. Free flow of drinking water available. Cable TV has many multi-language channels.

A quaint boutique hotel atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are small but the gardens and staff friendliness compensate for this. It is in a quiet neighbourhood within walking or trike distance of the hub of beach life of Alona beach. Recommend!

Great Location and staff are awesome
Location have great amenities and fairly close to the main strip for bars and restaurant over the beachfront. Staff are also very accommodating and for the price is fair for what your getting.

This property should not be open for business yet, they have no blankets when we asked for a blanket, the worker gave us a "fitted" sheet to use, the bothrooms are extreamly small, i cant use the toilet without my feet and head hitting the wall in front of me (no joke) the bathroom floor floods with about an inch of water before it overflows into the main bedroom. There is no lip to keep the water inside the shower area. The roof is made of Tin with no insulation so when it rains prepare to be awake all night. The TV's are not hooked up to any cable. There is no host, when we tried to checkout of the property we had to leave the key on the counter to make out ferry in time. Kids tried to steal items from my rental scooter so be careful about leaving items outside. The caretaker goes home at night so your on your own if anything happends.

Definitely a place to stay in Panglao Bohol. Stayed for 4days and it was a place like home. Everything is clean from beds bathroom kitchen and pool.. Only 5 minutes away from Alona beach and restos. 👍👍👍

주변에 뭐가 없긴한데 알로나비치와 가까워서 툭툭이 타고 이동하기에 불편하지 않았습니다! 빌라 이름만 얘기해도 웬만하면 위치를 다들 알고 있어서 편하게 왔다갔다 했습니다 ㅎㅎ 저희는 여행가면 호텔에서 쉬는 시간보다 밖에서 활동하는 것을 좋아해서 숙소는 가성비 있는 곳으로 정하는 편이라 나쁘지는 않았는데 이쁘고 큰 숙소 원하시는 분은 다른 곳이 더 좋을 것 같긴해요...ㅜㅜ
