"There is a lot of difference between the photo of the room and what you see in person. The room is not as clean as it looks in the photo. The window curtain is dirty and torn. There is no quality of a three star hotel."

"Although I paid for continental breakfast, they did not serve it. Their breakfast start late at 9:30. Even after requesting for early breakfast they didn't start it. Staff behaviour was rude and they never adjust."
