"It was next to the beach which was important for me with a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. The breakfast was buffet style with lots of options to choose from and the staff friendly and helpful. It’s a nice place for a getaway and sleep to the sea waves sounds at night."

"A Beautiful and Memorable Stay My wife and I had the pleasure of spending an entire week at this beautiful hotel, and our experience was truly memorable from beginning to end. What stood out to us most was the exceptional customer service. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly polite, welcoming, and always willing to assist in any way they could. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay and added something special to the entire experience. The atmosphere of the property was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, relaxing, and very well maintained. You can clearly see the attention that goes into keeping the hotel and its surroundings in excellent condition. We were especially impressed by the pools. They were consistently spotless, beautifully maintained, and easily became one of our favorite parts of the resort. Being able to relax by such clean and inviting pools while enjoying the atmosphere made our vacation even more enjoyable. Overall, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Between the beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality, we left with wonderful memories of our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation such an enjoyable one. We would definitely visit again and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming place to stay."

"This is one of the most interesting & eclectically decorated places I’ve ever stayed. It literally is like a museum. Cesar was in charge of reception, dining, and overall stay while we were there & he was fabulous!! If you are staying in El Valle, this is an absolute must stay. We had dinner & breakfast there & the food was delicious. Service is top notch. Would return in a heartbeat!! Wish we had more days there."

"The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach and next to local corner stores and restaurants. The owner was nice and showed us around when we came in. It was also around a 20 minute walk from the bus stop so there's no need for a car to move around. Theres a rooftop bbq area with hammocks and table top games that anyone staying can use. There's friendly cats on the property so that's a plus too. The shower was a hassle to use, the shower head sprayed everywhere other than me and to use the hot water I had to keep my finger on a hose coming out of the heater. In the middle of the night another person staying came over banging at the door and swearing over tv noise not letting her sleep, even though the volume was at 10%, so noise travels easily between rooms."

"What a wonderful place to find out what life on the Pacific coast of Panama is like and what it can be for you. Brooke and her staff are everything you would want in them. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive. Breakfast is included and is the only meal served daily. Definitely try El Parque restaurant in San Carlos. Delicious and inexpensive. Being a small lodge on the ocean makes it special. FYI: No TV, no fridge, no microwave in my room but an awesome ocean view, a comfortable bed and a large walk-in shower. Totally recommend this resort unless you are seeking the amenities of a corporate resort."
