"We arrived before check-in and front desk was gracious and stated it was not a problem. I was informed via text when room was ready while we were out exploring. Since I had 2 reservations and would need to move to another room the next day, we were told that they would try to have the room ready before we left at noon for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival which they did. "

"Property was very basic. Was in a very nice, quiet area, close to amenities. Breakfast was so so. Juice machine tasted like water not juice. Asked for clean towels at 6:30 am, got back late afternoon, no towels and cleaning staff left for day - front desk staff was able to provide but only after I asked again. Toilet didn't flush well. Better places to stay in Future."

"the carpeting in the whole hotel was dirty. needs to be shampooed!!!! Breakfast was excellent!!! our tv was updated and we walked in our room with them changing it out. They should have told us that was going to happen. The hotel staff was fabulous. The weight room needs lighter weights. Our stay was great except the carpet!!"
