I think the property was very good. Their was so many amenities to enjoy such as the pool & being ablevto order food by the pool. Also the spa was a plus the massage was amazing. & everything was relatively close to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again

Outside of issues with the television, the overall experience was a good one. I would both recommend it and I'd definitely stay there again.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Mostly everyone was very nice and as helpful as they could be. The problem was the hotel itself! It's BADLY in need of a renovation. The rooms stunk sooo bad and we changed rooms twice. If the trip wasn't already paid for, we would have tried to find different accommodations. The area surrounding the hotel is very poor looking and run down. It was dangerous because one of the grates outside their hotel was lifted and my mother fell. With taxes on single bit of money uou play in the casino, you'd think they could afford to renovate and get rid of the mold/mildew smell! Definitely would not stay there again!

All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location to explore both new town and old town. Lots of restaurant choices within the venue, and just around the corner from the hotel. Was there for business so a lot of time in the convention area (floor M) but everything was great.

I came to Panama on a solo trip and I’m glad I chose this hotel. It’s very convenient and safe. With many dining options to choose from, the spa on property was amazing. The pool was great the staff are extremely helpful. When I come back to Panama, I’ll be staying here again!

Pros: room was spacious, very clean, & smelled nice. Awesome bathroom & shower. Bed was great too. Amazing pool & plenty of available loungers & tents. Casino/Blackjack was ok. Cons: breakfast buffet had good fruit & bread, but pancakes & waffles were gross 2 days in a row. I took a bite & spit it out. I give the property a 4.5/5.

We loved the hospitality at the Sortis. The restaurant options were exceptional. The customer service was outstanding. There was even a Bonvoy Members Special invite only cocktail hour. The concierge went above and beyond for us. Safe for single female travellers. Spa was very relaxing. The bed in the room was like a cloud we are surely going to miss this slice of heaven.

All i can say is with this hotel, what's not to love? My view from the 16th floor overlooking the city was awesome! My room was spotless, the bed comfy and the shower was just what i needed. There are 5 restaurants on site which i visited two and loved. The pool was beautiful and refreshing from the heat. I had a good time at the casino(even though i lost money lol) but the on-site spa for my wife and I was the crowning jewel! You won't regret treating yourself. I was just amazed at everything this hotel provides but the best thing is the staff. Best hotel in the city! 5stars!!!

The hotel was amazing. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Many staff spoke english well, which made our trip easier as we are still learning spanish.

Big and nice rooms, comfortable bed, and amazing shower. A huge nice pool. Great location. Negative points for cleanliness, as the lobby bathrooms were filthy and stinky. No cleanliness problems in the room. Service is not excellent, specially at the pool, where none of the waiters were willing to walk from the pool bar to the pool area. They seemed very lazy.

The main purpose of this trip was to celebrate my birthday. Due to unexpected reasons, I had to adjust my trip a week hence the reason I checked in after my birthday. Prior to arrival, I made a special request for a birthday plate and a bottle of wine to be in room upon arrival and this request was not honored. Upon arrival to room, I followed up and front desk agent advised that request was overlooked and will have matter referred to manager. To date I was not contacted with an apology nor was an amenity sent for the inconvenience. While laying in bed with my partner on our first evening, housekeeper try to make their way into the room without even knocking. Thanks to security lock, she did not get to see what she should not have seen. This experience pissed me off. I reported this to the front desk and yet again we were promised that a manager will reach out. During our stay, the concierge agent Ivan was very pleasant and helpful while most persons just stare at us like we were two criminals. I gather that they are not use to 2 guys in the same room. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable.As a result of this, I choose to have limited contact with the staff. Trust that my next visit will be a better experience if I decide to return to this hotel.

I use this hotel very frequent, but I have the feeling that reservations from Expidia are sent to "No the best rooms" This is the second time I stayed on 9th floor and I'm noticing the bathrooms are not in the best shape as they use to be or are in other floors.

This property was very clean and had good restaurants with very good food. The Casino and sports bar were great too. The pool area is set up very well and has lots of space. I didn’t us the spa but someone that was traveling with me did and he said the massage wasn’t very good and had limited time’s available as they only had one massager. But he did enjoy the spas other amenities. The maid service was great as I don’t get up early and they cleaned the room very good everyday later on and never knocked early waking me up. I would recommend this hotel.

I can honestly give this resort a 10/10. The room was beautiful, the bathroom was even better and HUGE. I traveled alone from NYC to Panama & I felt so safe & comfortable. One of the staff members helped me with my dress and even took my birthday photos for me ! The young ladies at the front desk made my check-in & check out process extremely smooth & seamless. I cant recommend them enough.
