Staff was rude and unhelpful. Speaking Spanish did not help in this regard. WiFi access was abysmal. Most towels and sheets were significantly aged and stained. The hotel is also in need of extermination given the number of roaches I saw during my visit. Overall would not stay here again.

simple but friendly

The hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help us. The restaurant had a small selection of evening meals, very basic but well cooked. Breakfast was very limited, this let the hotel down a little. Our room was really clean, nice fresh white towels and basic toiletries. It had air conditioning too which was very welcome due to the heat of the city.

Nice place near to downtown

My overall experience was ok. The facilites and the room were ok too. My suggestion is to train the staff to be more polite. They were rude and they don´t smile at all. A good day greeting doesn´t make you less person.

Easy to find and inexpensive

Things to keep in mind No one speaks english If you rented a car the parking under the hotel is tight The free WIFI is good The free buffet breakfast is "basic spanish style" Been coming to PC for 10 years Overall I find good value for what you will pay to stay here

Central as long as you figure how to take transit

Hotel comodo para salir del apuro.

No es el hotel mas economico pero no es el mas caro. Si necesitas pasar un par de noches en la ciudad de Panama este hotel te puede solucionar. En la habitacion que me toco tenia caida de pintura (muy leve) en el interior del baño producto de la humedad y no tenia estante o jabonera. Todo lo demas bien, muy aceptable. El personal algo regular no estaban felices de atender pero tampoco tristes ni apaticos.

Perfect location, great for the price.

Really happy with the Hotel itself. The management could do themselves a huge favor and get some staff that have been trained in basic customer service. I woke up and went downstairs asking where I can find a cup of coffee. She said "hold on let me see if breakfast is included with your room." She pulled up my room on the computer. Then went to a file and pulled out a folder, looked at some papers. Then back to the computer, then back to the folder. About Five times. Then someone called. She answered the call and attended to them, about ten minutes. She hung up and continued ignoring me. I said "excuse me" and got her attention. She went back to the computer and folder over and over again visibly confused. Then she gave me a small red ticket said this is for breakfast. I went in the restaurant, sat down and ordered. Just as they were bringing me my plate she entered the restaurant, said she made a mistake, and that breakfast is not included. I stood up and asked the waiter how much for just the coffee. She said I can still pay for the breakfast. I said no thanks. The waiter asked her who would pay for this now? I said to her how can you re-neg after telling me it was included? She looked confused and said the hotel would pay. So unprofessional and incredible someone so clueless is working with the public.
