First, I never received a check-in email. So I wasted over an hour trying to contact someone. Then you need to purchase a car pass because it was the same day. It was an extra $15, plus extra time going to owner services to get the pass. The steps going up to the unit were broken, so you had to go around. It was fine, just dangerous. The AC in the unit didn't work at all. The water sucked. On the first morning, they had the water turned off for 4 hours. Another day, a service guy just walked in to check the fire extinguisher. The unit needs A LOT of updating. Every couch and seat had gross stains. The dryer had to be run 3 times to dry just a few items.
The actual location, and the property was amazing. Everything is beautiful. The pools, the landscaping, and security. If you could find another unit in this location, I would try them. It might just be this management company, too. I tried reaching out to them twice, and no one got back to me.
