"The best part about this trip was the staff. We did a hotel takeover and it was amazing. The rooms were nice. Definitely humid but do-able. Alchol was really good for all inclusive. The food was hit-or-miss. The pool a was cool. We also did the the excursions as part of our all inclusive package. Overall I give it a 7/8 out of 10"

We only had one issue and that was with the dryer not working, which we didn’t discover until we had already washed a load of clothes. "First of all, Expedia has it advertised as 10 minute walk or 3 minutes from airport. Far from the truth. 17km and 35 minutes 3 tolls away. No sign anywhere on the building and very dark at night. Our Uber driver could not find it neither. We finally got out and asked. Everything is modernized. Had to find the Email to find passcodes to enter. Found a women once we entered and wanted to know how we got in. 20 minutes later and in my junk mail. The building is new, everything clean. Everything!...

She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too.
